Good! Partly renovated! But plz bring food yrself

I stayed here for only one night , my purpose is very simple , just live near ski area, ski in ski out ....part of the hostel had been newly renovated , personally I love that !owner is very nice too. But if you are planning to stay here as well, please prepare some Food or drink for your stay , which I did ! Since I know there is nothing around this area!...I think Maybe , you guys can prepare some more vending machine for beer or noodle in case anyone asked . Other than that , very good with everything , I got what I paid for👏👏

施設は綺麗で過ごしやすかったです。 スタッフさんもとても丁寧で、優しかったので安心して過ごせました。 アメニティもホテルとほぼ変わらず、助かりました。 また利用したいなと思いました。 ですが、壁が薄いせいなのか、隣の人が騒いでいる声が聞こえ、うるさく感じました。夜中の2時まで騒いでいたので、迷惑でした。

スキー旅行で宿泊しました。 お部屋は清潔感があり、とても快適に過ごせました。徒歩数分の場所に温泉もあり、スキーで疲れた身体を癒すことができてよかったです。 宿泊施設でスキー板と靴をレンタルしましたが、スタッフの方に対応していただいたものの、板と靴の相性が合わず、自分たちで調整する必要がありました。（4人全員）最初にゴンドラで上がり、少し滑っただけで板が外れてしまうこともあり、安全面が少し心配に感じました。偶然しっかりはまった場合でも、リフト乗車中に板が落ちるリスクがあると思うので、今後はその点に注意してもらえると安心です。

3月でも部屋の中に生きたカメムシが4匹いました。窓の桟にも虫の死骸がぎっしり。ちゃんと清掃してほしい。 それ以外は価格を踏まえれば不満なし。スキーをするには立地は最高です。 周辺に道の駅以外に夕食を食べられる施設がないので、事前に調達することをお勧めします。

ワーケーション利用には最適

近隣のスキー場利用とワーケーション目的で数泊滞在しました。 食事の提供はないので素泊りです。 夜は車で10分くらい移動しないと飲食店はもちろんコンビニもないので、基本買い置きで宿泊者専用の元レストランのスペースで各自食べるスタイルです。 冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、湯沸かしポットはいつでも使えるようになっています。 お風呂はなくシャワーブースのみですが、徒歩10分もかからないところに街道の湯という温泉施設があるのでよい散歩になりました。宿泊者割引券もあります。 元レストランのスペースというのがとても良くて、昼間は静かで優雅なBGMも流れ、仕事がはかどりました。昼は道の駅まで歩いてご飯も食べられるし、ワーケーションにはとても良い環境でした(^^) 掃除もこまめにしてらっしゃるようで、全体的に清潔で快適でした。 改善の希望は、布団がちょっと硬くて腰が痛くなったのでマットレスがあればいいなと思いました。あと部屋の入り口にスリッパを置くスペースが欲しいかな。

チェックイン受付の方の対応は大変感じが良く、その後の食事や入浴に関する案内、リフト券の割引の案内などもわかりやすく親切にしていただきました。 上では良かった点として食事の案内と書きましたが、一方同時に残念というか改善できるのではないかと思った点としても食事に関する情報提供についてご一考いただければと思います。こちらの宿で食事つきプランがあったかどうか確認していませんが、私が予約した時点で素泊まりプランしかなく食事なしということはわかっていました。そのことはチェックイン時にも追加案内があり、徒歩圏内で食事ができる唯一の施設である道の駅は宿に到着した時点でラストオーダー時刻(17:30)を過ぎており利用できないこと、それ以外の場所として越後湯沢駅周辺に食事できるレストラン類があることを教えていただきました。ところが、越後湯沢駅周辺には行ってみたものの連休中ということもあってか大変混雑しており行った先の全てのレストラン・食堂が1時間以上の待ち時間あるいは予約で満席等という状況でした。入浴が21時までと言われていたので夕食にあまり時間をかけることはできず、結局コンビニ弁当を買い宿のラウンジの電子レンジで温めて食べるということとなりました。近隣の食事状況について自ら調べていなかったというのは自分の落ち度ではありますが、できれば、素泊まりプランの予約時にこれらについて情報提供があれば、事前の準備や計画ができたのにと思います。具体的には、・道の駅のラストオーダー時刻、・越後湯沢駅周辺の混雑状況とレストラン類を利用する場合は事前予約が望ましいこと、・外食しない場合近隣にコンビニが無いので宿に向かう前に用意しておくことが望ましいこと、などの情報があれば良いのではないかと思いました。ほかの宿泊客も同様の方が多く、ラウンジの電子レンジさえもコンビニ弁当行列ができる有様でした。電子レンジも一つではなく二つ以上あると良いと思いました。 この食事に関する点を除けば、施設の内装は新しい感じで清潔、かつスタッフの感じも良かったので、食事に関する状況がわかった今、次もありかな、と思います。

宿の人がとても感じかよいし、コロナなのであまり利用しませんでしたが ロビーや食事ができるスペースがスッキリしていておしゃれな感じでした。 スキー場に行っている間、チェックアウトした後も荷物も置かせていただきました。 お部屋にティッシュペーパーが欲しかったなと思いましたが、その他はとても快適に過ごす事ができました。 また行きたいと思います。

Clean and nice inexpensive place to stay. Japanese style room was plenty of space for just me, two would fit with no problem. Parking is across the street. Ski room down stairs, short walk to the lift (did it in my ski boots). Stored my bag before and after check-in with no problem.
