We always love staying there. The staff is very helpful, and the breakfast is delicious.
Lovely hotel with excellent facilities. We loved the pools with jacuzzi, sauna and bubble beds. Room was nice with small terrace and very peaceful. Tassimo coffee machine, fridge and complimentary water in room. Short walk to Lidl store or railway station.
Very nice hotel. Room was spacious and very clean. Restaurant for evening meals was faultless. Breakfast included both hot and cold. Something for everyone.
There is some wear and tear here and there noticeably in the corridors between the rooms but this is a minor issue. I will definitely be staying here again on my next visit to the area.
A very nice stray in spite of the renovations taking place. I am happy that the Rotonde restaurant is again available for the general public and not reserved for seminaries and longer. Thanks for that. Will go back to test it again (it was unavailable during our stay because of a marriage).
The thermal pools are really fun. They were doing construction on a new area. Noisy, but it didn't affect using the pools that were open.
The staff was nice, hotel was clean, but has been a while since last renovation.

Liked: Room comfort
Past its prime
The hotel appears old and a bit worn down. The rooms are spacious and ok equipped. Breakfast is good. We were unfortunately booked in this hotel at the same time as a larger group of British insurance employees, and the hotel staff was totally unable to sevice that many guests in a satisfying way. With the exception on the waiter Joy, who did a stellar job.
Sadly the room was not as described. We had booked a double room for our honeymoon stay, with much anticipation for the hotel, we even included a message to make sure our room was suitable for such an occasion. We weren't expecting anything extra but we weren't provided with a double room like we booked. We were instead given a twin room with beds pushed together, and there were quite a few bugs in the room including some cockroaches. It was just a bit disappointing, especially for the price paid, and the fact that the spa is under renovation so we were mostly paying for the quality of the room which was below average. No compensation was provided for this despite asking if we could have the room we booked instead, none were available only twin rooms. I would like to say that the reception and bar staff were lovely and very helpful, and the cleaning staff attentive.
No air conditioning. Very hot that day. You can only get WiFi by sending them your phone number and getting a passcode, but we're from the U.S. and couldn't use our phones there.
The staff, especially Melena, was very nice and tried to help. She found a restaurant that brought us food since the restaurant on grounds was closed at the time of our check in.
Staff is great, hotel not so much. I think it would have been better if we were actually there to experience their spa, but we were looking for a hot meal, a comfortable place to sleep and to get on our computers before bed, so we didn't have a good stay.
The building is amazing and has lots of parking places. the rooms and fitness facilities are a little bit outdated. But what I didn’t enjoy was the dinner experience, it took the waitress 30 minutes just to give me a menu and it seemed like she was paying more attention to French speaking customers and none to non French speakers. For the price I expected a better service
We wanted a therme hotel where you can swim thru from inside to outside due to construction at hotel it was not possible. We only used it twice the entire week we stayed there. Would not recommend hotel while under construction.

Nice setting with the Thermal baths. Unfortunately, use of the sauna and jacuzzi costs extra for Expedia clients, even if these appear on the amenity list with no mention of the additional charge
The fact that the hotel is under renovation has of course made an impact on our stay. The hotel did also inform us in advance of this. Hence, no disappointments and I'm sure that the stay will be better after the renovation.
Rooms are old, the bed was not comfortable and the walls are thin so you hear a lot of noises.
The baths are the only reason I would stay there, but even so, I do not think I will return on my next visit to the area.
The property was significantly disturbed by renovations. The hotel not neither gave an upgrade or any additional benefits. Will likely not book this hotel through Expedia in the future as it misrepresents VIP status.
