"A really lovely stay with superb service and delightful food. Hotel is full of character but the rooms are rather dated. Will definitely be returning with friends next year a lovely experience and hopefully overtime, money will be spent on the interior. The food is superb. The scenery is unparalleled."

"The thermal pools are really fun. They were doing construction on a new area. Noisy, but it didn't affect using the pools that were open. The staff was nice, hotel was clean, but has been a while since last renovation."

"The facility is new and very nice. The hosts really went out of their way to make our stay as nice as possible. The room had a nice view and was very quiet in the evening. They even did our laundry at no extra charge! The included breakfast was delicious with fresh baked goods and American sized coffee. "

"Very disappointed! Be careful when you book. The description on the website is not accurate. There is no mini bar or tea/coffee making facilities. If you require a drink you need to go to the bar. The hotel although there are certain improvements is very outdated. I suppose it sells well because of its location."
