"The room is nice , I love the ambiance. However there were bed bugs and we left with marks on our skin. I was asked about my stay, and told the guy at the reception that there were bed bugs. He didn’t apologise and only said thank you staying. The location is very loud too as there are clubs downstairs."

"Rooms were spotlessly clean , plenty of space , and the bed was so comfortable!! We even got some vouchers for free drinks in the bar as r rooms wernt ready the staff where very helpful"

"Overall cleanness and staff communication can be improved, however this hotel/hostel is pretty useful for group or family at comfortable and affordable neighborhood. Air conditioning is good even in windowless rooms."

"I have to give a bad review because the check in is at 3pm and the password of the doorkey of the room was provided at 6:58pm, i tried to email them and call them and there was no possible way to contact this hotel, i never recieve an answer, i only recieve the password in a diferent email, no apologies and no reply over my emails "
