"This hotel is very conveniently located next to public transportation and Central Station. The staff was great and the room was clean. The restaurant on the top floor had delicious drinks and oysters."

"This hotel was so nice! It was super unique with its design, and we loved it for this reason. There was everything we needed in the room. I couldn’t figure out the electricity — you have to put the room key in a slot to get power! I’m sure they said this as I checked in with all of my jetlag LOL. The one thing that was super confusing was how to get from the train station to the hotel. The hotel staff was helpful when I called. There is an elevator on the street but it is frequently down. What is important to know is that a little further up the street, you can use the elevator in Primark which will take you down to the street level (there is a street above a street)…. and then cross the bridge. Or, there is an elevator near Dreamland, which can also help get you to the right level. The pool and sauna…. amazing. Beautiful… just so nice! It was nice and warm (not too warm) and had a really nice ambience. The sauna was very clean and was nice. I wish we would have stayed for 2 nights. This was a really, really nice place to stay, and so unique. "

"Room Mate Aitana excellent quality hotel. Plenty of variety at breakfast, constantly refilling. Rooms were clean and spacious. Location perfect for exploring Amsterdam and 15 minute walk from Centraal Station, Metro and Tram"

"The room was very quiet, sound proofing was awesome. Opening window for fresh air was great. Absolutely no trace of smoke smell, as smoking floor is first floor only. Bathroom was great, bed super comfortable. Buffet breakfast was delicious with lots of variety. Free shuttle bus easy to use. Can be very busy as it’s a massive hotel! Staff super friendly and helpful."

"I booked two rooms during the tulip season, but the weather was not favorable. Therefore, we expected heating in the rooms, and there was none in either of them. Everyone complained about the same issue. Additionally, the breakfast is not the same as in 2020; it is significantly inferior."
