Apartment and breakfast were excellent. But, the office is no open 7/24.

Great location, with easy access to transport. Very good hotel and staff very accommodating.

Overall the hotel is fine. I stayed there for 4 nights with breakfast not included. Staff were nice and helpful. Room was clean. I really enjoyed the spa. However, some improvements could be made: - There’s no information about the hotel in the room. Maybe it was broadcast on TV but I never turned it on. I would appreciate if there was a leaflet or something for telling me what’s included in the spa and what can I use in the hotel. This information was provided by the staff when asked. - I had a room with a bathtub since I lack physical mobility and taking shower in the bathtub is more convenient. However, the amenities (shower gel, shampoo, hair conditioner) were so high up that I still had to stand just to be able to take soap. That doesn’t bring any value to the bathtub as it’s not really safe if you have any kind of mobility issues. - No complimentary tea zone in public areas is a bit weird since I know that cheaper 4-star hotels have it. Room tea was a bad quality as it colored the cup right away.

We stayed here for 3 nights and specifically booked a room with air conditioning. When we arrive we find that one of the ac units does not work in the bedroom and that it was way hotter than outside the bedroom. We called staff multiple times and 3 times different people came all saying the technician would come and fix it, but by our last day no one came and we could not switch rooms because it was full. Their response? A 20% off the restaurant or spa treatment. In general the location was amazing, the rooms were fine, but the doors had no sound dampening abilities at all so everytime someone was talking or going up/down the elevator or stairs you could hear it like they were right next to you. Would only consider staying there again because of location nothing else.
