Restaurant, food was very good and inexpensive. Hotel just across from the socalo Many places to go and eat within walking distance. Hotel also clean and running water was good. I would definitely stay again in this hotel.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful! Reyna and another young lady, whose name I unfortunately can’t remember, who usually prepared the breakfast, were especially helpful whenever we needed anything. They were always kind, welcoming, and willing to help. We truly appreciated their great customer service!

Great location! Beautiful hotel overall, great to have a restaurant and bar on premises as well as a courtyard to enjoy drinks at. Unfortunately the only waiter and bartender mess up the grading for this location

The hotel is located in the historic center overlooking the cathedral. The staff was courteous, helpful, friendly. We had a pleasant and enjoyable stay. The hotel is safe and clean. It was good to know ahead of time that the hotel has no air conditioning because it is a historic colonial building. The breakfast buffet is a bit pricey, Acropolis Restaurant next to the cathedral is a wonderful alternative at a very reasonable price. Considering the location, we would stay there again in our next visit. I certainly enjoyed a refreshing cup of “ Agua Miel”. A man and his donkey usually goes by the hotel every morning selling this agave drink.

Location is 10/10! Right in front of Plazas de Armas and the Cathedral. Many shops, coffee, food near by. The hotel is spectacular! I definitely recommend staying here on your next visit to Zacatecas City.

Everything was perfect. Food , stay , staff and service was excellent. Brenda Hernandez went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Hotel Emporio Zacatecas was an awesome experience.

Great staff especially Ivan, the bellman! Rooms were clean& amenities provided daily. Hotel was quiet at night& beds were comfortable. Buffet was good but expensive. Would be nice to get a discount for hotel guests! Check in was a little slow, could’ve had more than 1 person at front desk. Overall, a great stay at a great hotel!
