Lovee this Hotel. Great location, right in the center of the Historic Center. Staff was super friendly and nice! Also has its own underground parking, located behind the hotel… Lourdes was such a helpful lady and was also super nice. The room we got was decent and had a good view of the street through the balcony.

A liittle outdated. some guests were really loud like at 2-3 AM, not the hotels fault. Staff were extremely friendly, suggested and helped secure Uber to Jerez instead of taxi due to the higher taxi rates.

If you are looking for a very affordable place this is the one … it’s quite and clean and the location is prime , registration was easy … I have a couple comments you guys can have an improvement , I would like help desk would be a little bit different… you guys shouldn’t be able to do check in not only via whatsup due that I’m one of the only of the very few people in Mexico or in the world of not have social media by choice, and it was a little bit hard for me to do a check in , second - it’s no phones in the rooms, the place was a little bit outdated, but for the money I paid I’m not complaining at all , I only stayed one night and it was very convenient for me because it was very centric and walking distance from cathedral Church , I will recommend this place if you are a little bit tight on your budget, Thank You.

Room was small ,but bed was comfortable. We upgraded to room with a balcony and view of city was absolutely beautiful. However come 10 o'clock there was so much noise coming from what I think was a night club across the way. Sleepless night for sure as music was blasting until 3 am. We are in our 40's so I must say that environment wasn't for us but i think if you are young and like to party this is definitely a hotel to consider. :)
