The newly renovated studio apartment is located in a secluded and quiet spot in the center of the old town next to the main square and close to all the main attractions (Sea Organ, Greeting to the Sun, shops, restaurants, bars, historical sights, etc.)

The studio can accomodate up to four people with a living room, sleeping area, kitchen and bathroom. The entrance to the studio is on the ground floor (easily accesible)/Quiet and secluded.

Located in the centre of Zadar, less than 1 km from Maestrala Beach and a 12-minute walk from Kolovare Beach, Val & Mar Studio Apartment offers free WiFi, a garden and air conditioning. It is set 1.5 km from Karma Beach and provides a tour desk.
