Spacious apartment in a quiet location
Overall we enjoyed our stay. The apartment was spacious with views of the sea. There is not much to do in the local area, nearest shop is about 25 minutes walk so a car is essential to get around. It is quiet though. Beds were comfortable. The WiFi signal was variable depending on time of day and location. Staff were very friendly. I had to ask for A dustpan and brush and the free toiletries. Our washing machine didn't work and we told them twice but still no one came to look at it, however they did offer to wash our clothes for us. We didn't use the pool which is too small for swimming but ok for cooling off in. Apartment was reasonably clean . The accommodation would suit a family or anyone who wants to to avoid city centre noise, nearest supermarket is about 10 minutes drive away and there is a Greek restaurant 5 mins walk away.

Pros: spacious appeared to have good facilities clean enough Close to beach and nice restaurant/bar Cons: A few of the lights didn't work Fridge/freezer didn't work kettle was dodgy Ants Dead bugs on the walls Free WiFi didn't work Extremely noisy Only 1/2 toilet roll - took nearly 24hr for them to bring another one Shower doors don't close properly making floor wet and slippery Pool area was okay, but appeared unfinished as there were pipes lying around. Whole area is under construction. The walls were paper thin: could hear talking and the TVs in other rooms, the room below me was especially loud and I could hear it as if it was in my own room.. The images when booking are deceptive. It looks a lot better in the pictures as the are able to hide all the construction work taking place. On arrival, there was half a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom - I assumed there would be more in the cupboard but I checked everywhere and there was none. I messaged the owners asking for some more at 6pm and they finally left me some more around 4pm the next day. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this property; it is definitely not "luxury accomodation" nor 4*. It was extremely noisy which I don't mind during the day, but being able to hear other guests until 1/2am and construction noise at 6/7am definitely impacted on this rating. I previously stayed in a 2* apartment in another part of Croatia which was perfect compared to this. Avoid and save your money.

If you plan to spend time around a construction site, this is place to book. Noisy, apartment dusty due to all construction work around, parking part of the construction arra. Area is beautiful indeed, but would not book apartments there till perhaps next year until it all clears up and construction work is done. Nowhere on their postings do they mention there’s work being done around the property.

Poor check in despite full information about arrival time. The accommodation is in the middle of a building site. From 7am to 6pm non stop notices coming from the buildings site next door. Zero house keeping. Zero soap or shampoo etc. No change of towels or sheets during 4 nights stay. Overall poor poor experience. The fact that accommodation is in the middle of a building site was not disclosed at the time of booking. This amounts to deception and cheating both by the owners and Expedia.

Recommended stay for families. It was clean and well organized. On 2nd day of our stay owners made some construction works which was loud but it wasn't that long to spoil our stay.

Overall okay. No elevator- and our room was on the top floor. Not ideal with large suitcases. Good location to beach and food. Nice place if you want to cook your own meals as there was a kitchen. Bathroom very cramped.

Beautiful sea view ...
Apartment was on the top of building, has a very nice view on the sea, kitchen is very good equipped with gadgets, but some additional bowls, glassware etc. would be useful. Room is nice and space, extra blankets are missing and are must have. Nevertheless, would recommend this place, nice stony and rocky beaches as well as walking trails are nearby.

Excellent location, near the beach & as described. Quiet time of year to go but that made it all the more enjoyable. Jacuzzi wasn’t working but doubt we would have used it as it had mosquitoes swimming around in the water. Friendly staff & very helpful. Overall enjoyed the stay and would definitely use it again

Great mini break
This trip was a mini break to see the beautiful sites of Croatia. We arrived and were given clear instructions to enter the property. Our room was of good quality and very clean.. Situated just outside of Zadar but only a short drive, we had a hire car so had no problems, unsure of public transport but Ubers were available and reasonably priced. We would definitely return. Looks as if the area the apartments are in is being developed and all looks of a high quality. A city tax is due on departure but only a small amount for a lovely apartment. We wish we could of stayed longer.

Perfect place to relax.
Success apartments are spacious and well equipped. As we were out of season we didn't make use of the pool. Quiet surroundings. Car advised. Walkable to the sea. Only has a shower cubicle which is a bit small although the shower itself is good with plenty of hot water.

Nice location, nice sea view from the terrace. Beach a couple of minutes away and can use umbrellas and chairs of the restaurant for free when you order a drink or anything else. A bonus. Old town is 20 minutes away by car and restaurants on the main road or the next two town 2-4 km away and sea front. Apartment was ok except the bathroom: poorly designed making it uncomfortable to use the toilet even for a normal size person. The shower head was defective spraying water all over the place. Being a weekend the manager was off and the substitutes did not speak English so the problem was only resolved when she was made aware of it on Monday. This should not have happened as the problem was obvious for any person doing the apartment maintenance. The fix was as simple as replacing the shower head in a manner of minutes. It is unfortunate that the bathroom situation spoiled the experience as everything else was great including the manager offer to have us use the building washing machine when we asked about laundry options. Overall we enjoyed our stay but may be a different apartment in the building would have been better.

Spectacular private view
Despite some very minor imperfections that may have been resolved if I inquired the property manager,the completely private view from the top floor, room 16, was to die for. It was 100% private and sowe could leave the curtains open the entire stay, waking up to a gorgeous scenic mix of forest and ocean and even more incredible evening view of a private spectacular sunset.

Success luxury apartments are not in zadar. They are about 5 miles outside of the city. However they are very well furnished and very comfortable. We had a 2 bed appt which was pretty large. Kitchen was well equipped. From making the reservation the manager franko was in touch. He arranged to pick us up from the airport and due to the time of day we arrived and no shops open took a shopping list from us. We arrived in April. The season in croatia doesn't really start till May, as such not a lot was open. The one and only bar opened but was not serving food. However the staff at Santorini were very pleasant. Kozino is a new development with lots of apartment blocks set at the side of the sea. It is very picturesque and the local people are very welcoming. However being self catering there is not a substantial shop/market for your needs. You will need a car if you are staying here. The buses are not frequent and no apparent timetable. Zadar itself was a taxi ride away and costs approx 13 pounds each way. Petcarne is the next village along the coast line and is a 30 minute walk. It's a lot busier and has a number of restaurants and a sandy beach.

Beautiful experience with this big apartment equipped with a kitchen, huge balcony with a view on the ocean to observe the sunset. Quiet place close to Zadar and Nin. Perfect!

Clean, nice views from our room to the beach. Good restaurant 200 metres away right on beach which was also lovely. Good value for money. Franko and girls were very helpful, courteous and professional thankyou. We were on top floor 4th which was good but if steps are an issue better ask for lower level as no lift. Our bathroom was spacious but the toilet was very close to the shower which was a bit annoying otherwise ok

I had reservations elsewhere, but was dissatisfied and needed to find alternate arrangements on-the-spot. I booked online after the reception at Success Luxury had already closed (8 p.m.), and it took a little patience calling them to be let inside, but that's to be expected with a last-minute 9:30 p.m. arrival--I appreciated how friendly they were about it. The apartment itself was fantastic, with a kitchen, comfortable bed and huge porch with comfortable patio furniture. Wish I had booked it from the start and could have enjoyed it for longer. Easy to find, GPS didn't recognize the street name, but the map online showed exactly where it was (at the very end of the street).

Excellent apartment
Very well equipped s/c apartment including a gas hob, dishwasher and jacuzzi. Spacious lounge area (not that you'd spend that much time inside) with balcony. Couldn't really fault it in any way, perhaps the best we've stayed in so far in terms of furnishing. Well priced but perhaps too much so, could've done without the four young men intent on making a noise. Not much to do in Kozino itself, the sea prom is ok with decent views of Pasman/Uglian islands. Zadar is a 10 minute drive, Nin likewise in the other direction and, for a change of scenery, Pag is about 30 minutes drive.

Great location, very quiet, The appartment is superb, with everything extremely clean and very well equipped. The views from the balcony are breathtaking. We would certainly come back to this appartment again in the future as its close to Zadar, but far enough away to relax............. A car is a must have , As it was the end of the season there were very few people in the other appartments, which suited us fine

Lovely apartments, highly recommend
I have just come back from staying at Success Luxury Accommodation and what can I say apart from fantastic?! Exactly as shown in the photos, lovely and spacious, very clean and fantastic views over the sea. I would recommend the extra money for a sea view. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and nothing was too much for them. The only things worth noting is you definitely need a car if you stay here, the nearest restaurant is a 25 minute walk and the pool isn't covered at night so isn't the cleanest. If you want a chill out holiday away from all the hustle and bustle, not commercialised and a fabulous apartment, then look no further. It's a bargain for the quality.

Stayed in the area for 3 days. Enjoyed the atmosphere and there was things to do in Zadar. You can ride bikes ( available at the hotel) to go into town. Rather quiet location and close to the beach. Kitchen in the rooms and things are easy to use and find. Complete. Has a lot of character.

I was here with two friends in the beginning of September. We had an amazing stay and enjoyed every day. Marko was so nice and always made us feel welcome and satisfied with our needs, he even offered to come pick us up if we wouldn’t find a taxi. Overall the staff was very friendly and asked how our day was and came up with fresh grapes. It was a fantastic stay!

We had a relatively good time, the apartment was nice and spacious and the price was right. The neighborhood is very quiet and you can get to Zadar quickly. As other reviews have pointed out the main problem with the apartment is the cleanliness which is insufficient. We had to hand wash all the dishes and the dishwasher was too dirty to use. We also had to clean the shower filter clogged with hair from previous guests. We strongly suggest improving this aspect.

Ich habe 2 Apartments gebucht, im Paket. Beide sind von der Ausstattung komplett unterschiedlich. Die eine hat eine Badewanne, die andere eine Waschmaschine, uvm. Was beide gemeinsam haben, das Bett knarzt, das WLAN ist schlecht und leider sind Sie komplett verschmutzt, nicht nur der Boden, Couch, Terrasse, Bad, alles, was man anfassen kann, klebt. Die Rezeption ist praktisch nicht besetzt und die gibt unterschiedliche Aussagen, ob die Wohnungen während des Aufenthalts gereinigt werden, die eine Wohnung wurde etwas gereinigt, die andere nicht. Dazu kommt,dass es sehr laut ist, es gibt keine Fliegengitter (sehr wichtig da es sehr viele Stechmücken hat), Parkplätze schwach und wenn man ein Elektroauto hat, kann man nirgends laden. Fazit: Wenn das hier nicht so teuer wäre, könnte das eine 1 Sterne Unterkunft sein. Woher 4 kommen, ist mir völlig unklar. Ich rate jedem davon ab, hier zu Buchen zu machen. Die schönen Bilder sind entweder alt oder gehören zum Restaurant.

Annulation la veille au soir par mail du propriétaire ! Arrivés sur place avec 3 enfants sans avoir vu le mail. Nous avons appelé le numéro de tel indiqué sur place, accueil à peine cordial, aucune excuse de la personne au bout de la ligne, désagréable. Nous avons été relogés par Hôtels.com (expedia) a 80km de cet endroit après 45mn de recherches. Précisons au passage que Luxury accomodation n’est en rien conforme à son nom, emplacement bien moche.
