Great family vacation
We stayed 4 nights in this hotel. Nice, green surroundings, 50 meters from sea and beach. The room was perfect for three and had a sea/pool view. Very friendly personnel at reception. The food selection was good and very fresh. If you plan to relax by the pool while your children play on the water slide, this is the place for you.

I love the hotel , clean but room was not clean everyday . The pool food was very sloppy not clean at all . They would put all the food on the table without protection everybody touching all the food I could not eat seeing that . They should be more clean pool area and drinks not heathy . This review is based on my stay at the hotel 3 nights. Overall I would not recommend this hotel until they go through a major renovation and perhaps new management. For the entire 3 days we were there, 1 of the elevators was broken & we never saw anyone attempt to fix it. Our room was on the 5th floor ( counting lobby).The only functioning elevator held maximum 4 individuals and there was always a line to get in. Parts of the facility is not clean. Our balcony was never cleaned, dusty and bird poop everywhere. one balcony was missing furniture the other balcony had furniture that was filthy which I had to clean. Housekeepers dont clean them regularly. This this hotel provides 3 meal buffet, do NOT mistaken that for all inclusive because they are not the same, even though the hotel claims its All inclusive. There's only One restaurant offering buffet food. Another issue with the hotel is its temperature. It took over 2 days for our room to cool off. Maintenance crew came looked at our air conditioner the lowest temperature it got us was 25゚C. They said that was the case with all other rooms. we were offered another room, however it had the same problem. No cold air. All air conditioner units need to be replaced or perhaps they need to keep their conditioners ON, especially when they know guests are arriving.. staff isnt quite friendly & welcoming either. Marina & Monica at the front desk were friendly which I will note.

Pictures are not what they seem.
This place can’t be truly rated as high as it is. The “all inclusive” grabs your attention, but it is not worth it. The food is edible and that is a stretch. The drinks are so watered down you can barely stand to drink them. The hotel rooms are run down. Electrical sockets falling out of the walls, and the one of the “rooms” has zero air flow. The “master bedroom” is separated from the living room by a glass door and SEE through slats instead of a wall. Don’t bite off on the “all inclusive” and the room pictures. Waste of money for what you get.

Lovely hotel, location not very pretty.
Hotel was very family friendly, large indoor soft play with art and craft activities. Good selection of family games including table tennis and air hockey. Indoor pool leading onto outdoor pool was lovely and warm. Food very nice with good varied choices each night. Only negative would be location- definitely not the most picturesque or nicest part of Croatia we’ve stayed.

I did not get the room I booked which is a sea view, family room. At check in I was told I’ve been upgraded but it’s the same room I booked but without the sea view. Traveling with a person that uses a wheelchair, I did not bother to complain but had commented in Expedia about check in. Got a note from the hotel that ‘they will look into it’ standard canned response but never was approached by a manager nor any staff up to including during my check out and departure. Dining room staff was very rude. When we entered dining room, we did not know what to do. There was no one to greet us an explain how things work. We walk further in and saw a man bussing tables. When I approach him, without me even saying anything yet he blurts out ‘Yes, everything is free” and walks away. I was going to ask if it’s ok to sit anywhere but was not given the chance to even ask. So rude!

Ours was a family all inclusive stay and while the food was good it was generally repetitive. One area of concern was that there were no lifeguards on duty in the pools, the pools were also not well lit at night time, sockets were broken in the bed room. I am aware of two incidents where guests cut themselves, one in the pool on a broken tile and one in the restaurant, stitches we're required in both instances. The hotel response in both cases was less than forthcoming.

Our stay was a mixed bag. Afraid my husband got food poisoning, most likely from a badly cooked burger at the snack bar. This put us off the food but had previously been pleased with it. We were not pleased with our room as was showing a good deal of wear and tear, not reflective of pics on website. Turns out half of hotel had been done up and we asked to get changed to a refurbished room which. Was lovely but had to pay for privilege.

Great staff, reception person that checked us in Took all the time that we needed to learn about the city Unfortunately I can not remember his name. Very nice hotel and facilities. We used the all inclusive option it was good For buffet style. Drinks are not as we use to in Caribbean all inclusive but good for Europe. We had kings beds with sea view Nice but not a lot of room for large luggage.

Lovely hotel, near the beach, great spacious suite
Lovely hotel, near the beach, great spacious suite, tasty food with lots of choice, all inclusive alcohol not too bad. Heated pool very nice but unfortunately quite a few things not running whilst we were there during UK half term e.g. water slide, baby pool, kids club. The day we left it got very busy (possibly Croatian holiday), kids club started and staff were very friendly. Up until that point the staff had been fine, reception staff were very helpful. Beach not great for sitting at as it is small and sand isn't great, but very nice swimming in the small bay and provides amazing view from room, pool and bar. Zadar is approximately 40 minutes walk, 5 minutes drive or 10 - 15 minutes bus ride, 10 kuna (approximately £1.20) each way. Overall, had an amazing week - thank you!

Visited for kids 1/2 term. Bit disappointing as water slide closed. Inclusive drinks were of poor quality. I would rather have paid a bit less and had a proper paid bar. Buffet food was disappointing. Same food for each meal each day.

The hotel is a bit funky for my taste. If you have kids and don't plan to do anything but use the pool, this is the perfect location for you. Our room was the furthest possible from the elevator which made it very quiet. It had a view of the courtyard. The room contained separate bedrooms. One for adults and the other with bunk beds for kids. As I was traveling with a friend, I chose the bunk bed. This room is fine for kids but very under lit for adults and no room for luggage. The bathroom is huge with a separate tub and shower. And there is also a living room. We were disappoint to find out the pool was closed when we arrived. I had wanted to try the water slide. The all inclusive part was very nice except the food was very institunal tasting. There is a very wide variety of items but most do not have much flavor. Tip: It's cheaper to take an uber to town than the kiddie type train that leaves from the hotel. The hand written signs on shop windows within the resort were out of place and given our schedule of tours, they must have been open while we were out.

All Inclusive Family Hotel in Zadar
The hotel is set around a gigantic pool with a water slide. It seems like an older and newer hotel have been joined together, with dining and entertainment in the former, and rooms in the latter. We visited during the height of summer, so it was busy but not bursting. We managed to get loungers around the pool and tables during feeding times. The food was a buffet style, with some "show" cooking - although this was limited and a bit hit and miss (we had some undercooked fish). There was always a wide selection of foods from salads and cold cuts through to pasta, chips etc. The major draw is the entertainment for kids, from day time activities and the FalkyClub through to evening performances, there was always something for the little ones to do. The beach near the hotel is shallow, shelving but rocky - much like the rest of Croatia from our experience. There was a busy town beach around the corner, but there was little reason to go there, given that the pool at the hotel was so good. Staff were friendly and polite and left you to your own devices. Zadar town is around 10 minutes drive away and well worth a visit, particularly for the sunset.

Good hotel with excellent position!
The hotel staff were friendly and couldn't do enough to help. The hotel was clean and had everything you could wish for a comfortable and enjoyable break. The food was plentiful with a good choice. Although, the wine and beer were drinkable in the all inclusive package they weren't the best. The only let down were the very sweet mixers with the spirits which ruined the taste of the local drinks. The hotel's position on the waterfront was fabulous and some good walks around the coast and to the local marina/beach. Ensure you watch the sunset over the sea in the outside bar terrace. We used the SPA which was also fantastic with experienced,lovely staff. Overall a great place and don't be put off with the family tag if you are a couple it's good for all and the children are kept well occupied.
