I like the property even if it is not in the city center since it is very accessible by public transport such as bus/tram/train. The area is located in a very nice area and the room is very very nice as it is inside a big hotel/casino in the area. The area is just about 30 minutes away from city center. Staff are very friendly and very accommodating. They make sure that your stay in their property is comfortable. They are very willing to assist guests with any issues that they have such as booking for transportation and offer support regarding places of interest to visit in the area. There is also a McDonald’s in front of the hotel.

One of the best hotels in our 11 day trip. We stayed 1 night, but we wish we could stay longer. We rented a car and there were ample parking spaces on a weekday. Modern clean rooms. Lots of thoughtful amenities, they even had charger cable for phones in the room. To top it off, the buffet breakfast was out of this world!

Great short stay
Great hotel, conveniently located in the west side of Zagreb, near the main road to Slovenia. Big rooms, delicious breakfast, free parking.

Hotel was good, with casino on site and free parking. There is a mall and restaurant around the property however it’s 6km to the old city . Good value. Great if driving as free parking is included.

Great Stay
Very convenient location and great service. We had little issue with the room, upon bringing that to their attention, they immediately gave us an upgraded room. Property looks little tired. On-site Casino for those who have interest.

Wonderful Stay
Enjoyed our stay very much. They upgraded us to the presidential suite w/ a terrace and it was awesome. Room was very clean. Hotel service was excellent. The hotel restaurant had good food. The hotel was very clean w/ all amenities available. We had a wonderful stay.

I booked by Expedia 4 rooms for business travel - when our people came - they said that 2 rooms were cancelled - it was a totally lie - I was on the phone with Expedia service team for 2 hours !!! they took our full charge in advance and said the hotel is fully booked ! it was very horrible and shaming !!! the receptionist hang up the phones and didn't answers the phone calls from Expedia - don't come nearby this hotel - they are don’t know how to treat their customers !

Everything from the time I reserved it a few months back to check out, was absolutely flawless. Luka, at the reception desk was very helpful, professional and courteous. The outside and the inside of the hotel are fabulous. The rooms are amazing...top notch. For the price...this place is way beyond expectation.

Everything about this place is great would come again. It’s a few miles out of the centre but that suited us. Tram nearby into town.

Wir können dieses Hotel absolut empfehlen. Kostenloser Parkplatz, gutes Frühstück...auch das Abendessen im hoteleigenen Restaurant war super. Die Innenstadt erreicht man gut mit dem Tram...viele Einkaufsmögluchkeiten sind auch zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Betten sind ein wenig schmal...aber sonst war das Zimmer tiptop.

Chambre plaisante mais avec de petits soucis; Sachets de thé mais pas de kettle, uniquement une machine à expresso, mais qui ne fonctionnait pas. Problème avec le rideau entre la salle de bain et la chambre heureusement que j'étais seul, sinon, peu agréable. Staff sympathique, souriant et d'une grande assistance. En bord d'une grande avenue mais bonne insonorisation. Petit déjeuner copieux. Repas, le hamburger angus, énorme et bien bon.
