Convenient hotel with great breakfast!

I had a great stay at this hotel. Room was comfortable, clean, and well equipped. Good service by kind staff. Location made it easy to get to restaurants and some outdoor activities. The breakfast in the hotel restaurant was great!

Good hotel for short time visit

The hotel is located centrally at the end of the main shopping street. It had parking lots and it was quiet. Breakfast is great and the rooms are ok for a short time visit. We had the rooms on the lower level next to the breakfast room. In my room the heating did not work and also the power was not working. In the morning at 7 am there was very loud disco music from the breakfast room and time of sleeping was over. I knocked at the door but they didn't hear me (obviously as it was too loud). I spoke to the receptionist before I went to breakfast and the she was very kind and called the restaurant and apologized. Before we left the room for breakfast a waitress came out of the restaurant where the music came out in the morning (meanwhile the music was more silent) and seemed a little shocked as she stopped for a second. At breakfast I told her that the music was very loud and she said that it is not true and that I need to understand that their day starts at 6 and just like the music is normal. So if you stay at the hotel in rooms on the lower level you need to know that the night is over at 7 am. Instead of just apologizing friendly and having a happy guest, she annoyed me telling me that I was not telling the truth (who was waking up from the loud music?). Sorry but that is not guest friendly and maybe some teaching of service is needed. In total the hotel is ok to stay as it is close to the center, has parking lots and a great breakfast.

bardzo sympatyczny pobyt

hotel położony w dogodnym miejscu jakieś 100 m od przystanku autobusowego gdzie odjedżają busy do Kuznic, Morskiego Oka i na inne bazy wypadowe (w obu kierunkach). Pokój 1-osobowy był dość duży i łóżko było szerokie, w pokoju był dzbanek elektryczny i telewizor z dość dużą ilością programów i suszarka do włosów. Jedno z okien wychodziło na spiętrzony potok i szum od tej spadającej spiętrzonej wody był bardzo głośny ale wystarczyło zamknąć okno i już było cicho. Śniadania bardzo urozmaicone i bardzo obfite. No i wszędzie świeże kwiaty. Jestem bardzo zadowolona z pobytu. Dodatkowo w hotelu jest przechowalnia bagaży i jest ogólnodostępna łazienka z prysznicem, umywalką i wc ( jest tam nawet suszarka do włosów )na wypadek gdyby ktoś był już wykwaterowany lub czekał na zakwaterowanie i chciał się odświeżyć.

Niby wszystko OK, Panie na recepcji bardzo miłe i pomocne, Panie sprzątaczki zawsze w dobrym humorze, dbają o czystość pokoju wzorowo, ale restauracja to porażka. Co do jakości śniadań, nie mamy zastrzeżeń, natomiast posądzono nas o kradzież jogurtu dla dziecka i udzielono reprymendy przy wszystkich gościach jedzących śniadanie, że nie można kraść jedzenia ze śniadania, należy za nie dodatkowo zapłacić, nawet jeśli jest to tylko jogurt dla dziecka. Wiek schabowego na obiad ciężko ocenić, ponieważ był głęboko zakonserwowany w głębokim starym oleju, który spływał po nim, nasączając ziemniaki. Pierś z kurczaka, którą podano mojej żonie w takim samym stanie, więc podejrzewam, że tak się tam gotuje obiady. Panie kelnerki w restauracji nieprzyjemne, obgadują gości na głos po ich wyjściu z restauracji, co jedli, co pili, jak się zachowywali, jak byli ubrani, więc myślę że jak my wychodziliśmy, to reszta gości słuchała na nasz temat. Polecam pod każdym względem, proszę tylko nie jeść na miejscu.

Don't even bother, stay away from this place.

It was really huge disappointment. First of all the hotel was horrible, or at least the room we've gotten. Second of all, we couldn't believe a website we used to do reservation from has anything to do with this kind of place. Really, please... Zakopane is a town where you could find hundreds of place to stay. This one offered to us a really small room, with dirty, outdated and worn up furniture. The carpet was covered with stains and everything was just not pleasant to be around. Yes, there was a kettle you could heat up water, but nothing like coffee was available next to it. Bathroom stunk like a sewer, simply disgusting place to be. We stayed there only for one night and we just didn't want to make a big deal about it at the moment. But the thing is, we would never, never come back there and we don't recommend anybody to go to there. Don't loose your money and time. This place is just depressing.

Świetna lokalizacja na wszelkie wypady, do centrum 15 min spacerkiem. Niedaleko hotelu przystanek busików we wszystkich kierunkach. Pokoje jak dla nas mogłyby być trochę większe ( mieszkaliśmy w 218 ), ale jako tylko miejsce do noclegu wystarczające. A śniadania to czysta poezja. Pozlecam.

En rigtig god oplevelser

Hotellet ligger meget centralt og der er kun kort gåafstand til byens hovedstrøg hvor det hele foregår - Fantastisk personale, meget engageret og serviceminded der virkelig gik op i at vi havde et behageligt ophold - Restauranten har rigtigt god mad til endog meget rimelige priser, selv efter polske forhold - det er svært at sige noget negativt om hotellet og personalet udover at madrasserne i sengen er alt for tynde og stort set uden komfort

Pobyt udany, szczególnie ze względu na położenie hotelu - na uboczu centrum miasta, dobre miejsce wypadowe. Bardzo dobre i urozmaicone śniadania.
