Great time at Amboula Beach Apartments

I stayed up on one of the second floor apartments for 8 nights. I was met by the fabulous host Tenia who showed me round the well appointed apartment and explained all I needed to know about it. The kitchen / diner is well equipped, the bed is very comfortable and there is a large balcony with comfortable chairs to enjoy the sea view. The apartment block is nicely set in large well kept grounds and is only a couple of minutes walk down to the beach. There's a good choice of shops, restaurants and car/scooter hire outlets within a 10 minute walk of the apartment. The bus stop for buses down to Zakynthos town is nearby too with plenty of buses running in the high season, but less so in the low season. That aside the apartment is well located to move around other parts of the island.

Delusione totale

Sono rimasto molto deluso. Di positivo c'è solo la vista mare. Doccia, scarico wc, ventilatore a soffitto, ventilatore verticale, condizionatore assolutamente inefficienti. Infissi fatiscenti, bagno piccolissimo.... insomma è palese che l'appartamento necessita di ristrutturazione causa una mancata manutenzione nel tempo. Pulizia ogni 3 giorni sì , ma molto superficiale. In definitiva non vale il suo prezzo.
