We loved everything about the property. Conveniently located, gorgeous gardens and ocean view. The owners and staff are superb. Breakfast and lunch menu was excellent. Top notch clientele. An unforgettable experience at Belussi Hotel. We will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel.

Our hosts Dionisis and his wife Aggeliki were wonderful. They greated us warmly on arrival and upgraded our room with a sea view without any extra cost when we checked in which was a lovely surprise and also gave my partner a huge birthday cake on our second day when they heard it was her birthday. They also gave us some gifts on leaving to remember our stay with them. The perfect hosts. Dionisis has made his own map of the island which you can have a copy of, indicating various day trips and the best sites to visit on each day trip and even a discounted boat trip to visit the blue caves and shipwreck beach (if you say you are staying at the Belussi beach hotel) Our room was large and clean with a lovely sea view from the balcony. The staff were all so friendly throughout our stay and we had some lovely chats with them when they were on and off duty. Every one of the staff were friendly from the cleaners to the restaurant and bar staff. I highly recommend you hire a car for the duration of your stay. There are three local restaurants within 5 mins walk if you wish to walk to dine out away from the hotel and a supermarket is a ten minute walk through an olive tree lined road. But if you want to explore the island properly and explore what it has to offer you need some transport. You can use a taxi or a bus to explore but this would really limit what you can see. The hotel has everything you need to enjoy swimming in the sea and days around the pool. The breakfasts superb.

Average hotel made better by an outstanding owner.

Let's start from the goods. The owner is friendly and welcoming, out of a greek movie character he is somewhat charming and vey helpful with tips and hints that will make your stay in Zakynthos much better. The room (we took a junior suite apparently) is ok, large enough, the bed comfortable enough. It looked somewhat unfinished, no handle on the door which makes closing it quite a challenge, wires hanging from the walls, i guess for future lamps installations, the safe not fixed to the wall. Room for improvement here. Apart from this the room is clean and modern and the sea view fulfilling. Breakfast, average marks here. Not the best setup of food and beverages. Service nice. The sea and beach average but Zakynthos is so beatiful that there is much better in the island. Parking is very comfortable and close to the rooms. Let's sum it up. An average hotel in Zakynthos with anoutstanding helpful owner.

Super schönes Hotel mit total freundlichen Mitarbeitern. Wir hatten einen tollen Blick aufs Meer. Das Frühstücksbuffet war vielseitig und sehr gut. Ich würde empfehlen, einen Mietwagen zu nehmen, da fußläufig kaum etwas erreichbar ist und die Insel einfach unfassbar viel zu bieten hat!

Struttura molto piacevole con stupenda vista su mare. Se dobbiamo parlare di cose negative citerei il wi fii non funzionante dentro la camera ma solo sul balcone. La doccia mal funzionante e il phon rotto. Per il resto è stato un bel soggiorno accompagnato da cibo ottimo!

Nous avons été très bien accueillies, super personnel extrêmement gentil et à l écoute, endroit calme, les chambres sont convenables et pratiques tres spacieuses, avec un balcon mais restent tout de même très modestes et équipée du strict minimum. A noter que l hôtel est situé assez loin de toutes les activités que ce soit les excursions en bateau ou la fête mais qu avec une voiture/scooter ou des taxis cela reste accessible.les bus sont également une possibilité mais avec peu de choix d’horaire. Le petit déjeuner est plutôt varié que ce soit sucré ou salé mais avec des produits où la qualité semble parfois manquer. Dans l ensemble je ne pourrais que recommander cet hôtel qui vaut largement sont prix.

Racket !!

C’est du faux luxe (fragilité des robinets et jets de la douche). Les portes ne ferment pas. La rampe des marches n’étaient pas solide. L’air climatisé était très faible et la première nuit nous avons dû appeler la réception pour faire vérifier et finalement ils ont nettoyer les filtres le lendemain mais pendant une nuit nous avons eu très chaud! Le lit était très inconfortable et seulement avec un petit drap. La pression de la douche était très faible.

Es wird als 4 Stern Plus angeboten, das ist es nicht bestenfalls 3 Stern. Meerzugang de facto nicht existent; sehr steinig und weiter Weg ins schwimmbare Wasser. Essen war o.k.; Positiv Getränke dabei. Für € 130/Tag bekommen sie aber ein echtes 4 Stern Hotel in einer normalen Lage, also nehmen Sie lieber das von Hotels.com; ist 4Stern PLUS jedenfalls maßlos überbewertet; preislich wäre es bei ca. 70/Tag einzureihen, also ist es aktuell doppelt so hoch bepreist.

Fijn, rustig familiehotel en goed, gevarieerd eten

We hebben een geweldige vakantie gehad hier. Het personeel deed echt hun best om het je naar de zin te maken. Het hotel heeft goede maar ook wat gedateerde kamers met goede bedden. Ik kon er met mijn 1,91m goed slapen, zonder met mijn benen over de rand te steken :-) We hebben hier voor de 'All-inclusive' optie gekozen en het eten was erg goed en gevarieerd. Een aanrader voor mensen die een rustige vakantie willen. Een auto huren is wel een must, omdat je overal wel verder vandaan zit. Wij vonden dat erg fijn, omdat je de drukte op kan zoeken, maar verder kunt genieten van het uitzicht, de zee en de rust. Als je een vraag opmerking had, dan werd er serieus naar gekeken om het op te lossen. Onze Airco ging stuk en we kregen een andere kamer toegewezen, omdat het niet meteen te repareren was. Uitstekend opgelost. Met Statis, die achter de bar stond gezellige gesprekjes gehad. Over het algemeen werd er goed engels gesproken. Het hotel is een familiebedrijf en je merkt dat de onderlinge sfeer ook goed is, waardoor je je erg op je gemak voelde. Een aanrader voor iedereen die er even rustig tussenuit wil.

Albergo molto carino, cibo buono e personale gentile e accogliente. Stanza davvero bellissima con una vista fantastica sul mare. Peccato per l'assenza di ascensore e di una spiaggia vera e propria. Consigliato.

Nice hotel close to a wonderful beach.

The lady at the reception was a very friendly and competent person answering all our questions and helping us in everything we needed. We were offered a room with seaview. The staff of the restaurant, the cook and all the others working there were doing an excellent job. The food was various and the other services were very good.The room service did a good job . The sea was beautiful. I started my vacation being stressed and ended it being relaxed.
