Had a lovely stay. Rooms were spacious & clean. Lots of food options, although not many options for vegetarians. All inclusive drinks were beer, wine, spirits & softs, could purchase branded drinks/cocktails. Nice pool area although might struggle to get a lounger when gets busier. Friendly staff. 25min walk to beach through the town

The hotel was quite “old” but was very clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was good (close to airport and 10 minutes walk you’ll get to a town that has lots of restaurants etc). My remarks are that after 11 pm we couldn't order anything else of drinks. For water we had to pay €1. Even though we booked for an all inclusive stay. The quality of the buffet was ok.

Lovely Holiday Hotel

A really enjoyable stay in the hotel. Our room was clean, comfortable & spacious. The shower was great too. Breakfast buffet was excellent. There was a 30 walk to the beach & centre but there were plenty of bars/cafes to stop off in. The only downside was the poor WiFi.

Wonderful holiday / Excellent hotel!!

We loved every minute of our stay at Filoxenia. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a welcome drink. Lovely, comfortable king size bed / excellent variety and quality of food & drink. Could not fault the service provided by the staff throughout the hotel - clearly a team effort - special mention to Alan & Spiros for managing the pool bar. Would highly recommend this hotel!!!

Great holiday but only a 3 star

Had a great holiday but not a lot going on entertainment wise. Maids were brilliant but only a 3 star at best. We were bed and breakfast so went into town twice a day as nothing else to do. Was lovely break but would definately would not go back

I was shocked that i paid over £400 for 3 nights all inclusive. Id upgraded in rooms. We dont eat at the all inclusive but like to pop in for breakfast and my husband has a beer. This seems ridiculous but they refused me water. And yes im serious. My husband didnt eat a single meal. I dont drink alcohol (maybe one drink but seriously.....i just dont). Well done Filoxenia you done ok. They refused me water. They said the water was ok to drink from the tap. Im a hardy traveller, dont really get sick but i do stick to the rules to be fair. A bottle of water - seriously? Theyd rather i drink vodka than water. Stop being tight hotel owners. And Jet 2 (who i love and use regular....challenge them on this!) And secondly - we came home about 9.15pm and i popped into the buffet to get milk for my coffee and they had nice deserts. I put 2 on a plate and went to leave a waiter literally took it out of my hand and said u cant take these out the restaurant. Like school. More cafe than restaurant.....seriously...this is a rough version of an all inclusive. My husband called it the Fawlty Towers of all inclusives.

Ok cost-benefit option

The hotel offers a good cost-benefit in general. It can be considered 'cheap' for an all-inclusive hotel, but the quality of the all inclusive isn't the best. Breakfast and dinner were quite nice, lunch and 'afternoon tea' not that much. The alcoholic drinks offer isn't that nice either. Rooms are big. The staff is amazing!

Struttura situata su una strada quindi ovviamente la mattina oltre al rumore del carrello delle pulizie, della scopa che sbatte per pulire senti anche il traffico.. Per mia fortuna mi sveglio sempre alle 6,30.. Pulizie nella norma, colazione a buffet poco dolce più salata. 2piscine con lettini e ombrelloni. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Bar staff very friendly and always ready to serve you. Food was my least favorite but part of the group loved it. Close to everything. I only rented a car 1 days to expire the island there is parking at the resort.

A lovely holiday spot for families or couples

We stayed in a superior room which came with a huge, comfortable bed, and a modern bathroom. The shower pressure was great and temperature was consistent (not usually the case when Holidaying abroad!). The staff were fantastic and couldn't do more for you without being intrusive or expectant of tips after every drink. Always plenty of sunbeds available and the 2 pools with different atmospheres caters to couples and families. WiFi in public areas is good but non existent in the rooms so if you need this then top up your phone data! All inclusive was OK. Not a lot of variety and quality was as expected. The beach, bars and restaurants are a 10-15 min walk away and the hotel provide a free shuttle bus 4 times a day. We tried several places to eat and found all to be very good and great value for money. Calypso is incredible. We made sure to go back for dinner on our last night. Would definitely return to Tsilivi again if looking for a relaxing break.

Good Value for Money with Great Food and Staff

Good value for money - food excellent, hotel and rooms spotless, comfortable beds (for Greece). Family room with 2 bedroom s was an excellent size with 2 balconies & separate air conditioning. Drinks choice was good but mixers/soft drinks less so, we and several others bought bottles of mixer from the supermarket as it was spoiling the drinks. Hotel is a good 20 minutes from the beach and 15 minutes from the town so the hourly free minibus is a useful and popular option, there is also a bus stop to Zante town right outside. All in all good value for money and we would definitely visit again.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν άνετο μεγάλα κρεβάτια χάλια μαξιλάρια, το σφουγκαρισμα ήταν επιφανειακό και με όχι τόσο καιρό νερό μύριζε άσχημα ο χώρος μετά το σφουγκαρισμα. Το φαγητό στο all inclusive προγραμμα που είχα επιλέξει ήταν σχεδόν απαράδεκτο χαμηλής ποιότητας και σχεδόν κάθε μέρα τα ίδια φαγητά με μικρές παραλλαγές. Οι πισίνες μικρές και με αρκετό κόσμο δεν σε προκαλούσαν να κολυμπήσεις.

Hotel carino e in una posizione abbastanza strategica ma consiglio la macchina per muoversi e visitare questa meravigliosa isola. La camere famigliare è molto spaziosa, personalmente la più grande che ho mai visto in un hotel. Il bagno forse un po troppo retrò e andrebbere un po rinnovato. Per quanto riguarda il ristorante il personale è gentile e cordiale e abbiamo mangiato abbastanza bene. Per i bambini manca un po di intrattenimento e il parco giochi decisamente sarebbe da dargli una sistemata e mettere qualche gioco. Nel complesso consiglio questo struttura se non si hanno grosse pretese.
