Gioarde Luxury Villa

Gioarde Luxury Villa will be a haven of tranquility and relaxation for your next vacation on the island of Zakynthos. It is located in Akrotiri and in a space of 185 sq. m. it can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people.

Inside the villa you will discover 4 bedrooms. The first is on the ground floor and offers two single beds. The remaining three are located on the first floor and two of them are equipped with double beds and the other one with two single beds. All are accompanied by a bathroom with shower, while the bedrooms on the upper floor also provide balconies with sea views. The open plan space of the living room and the kitchen is ideal for gatherings and delicious meals with your loved ones. From there, you can also exit to the pool area. A WC on the ground floor completes the interior spaces of the villa.

A large heated swimming pool with hydromassage is located just outside the villa. It has been equipped with a few comfortable sun loungers and an outdoor seating area. At the back of the residence, there is a built barbecue with a dining table and a shared WC. Private parking space will be a plus for those traveling with their own vehicle.

*The Climate Resilience Tax of 15 Euros/night is not included and will be paid by cash upon arrival.

**The villa owners run a restaurant in Tsilivi and will deliver a free meal for you upon your arrival! Enjoy!**

Wonderful vacation

We had a wonderful vacation. Especially our host Xhelo was very nice. He was very friendly and responded to our wishes. On the first evening he brought us food from his restaurant. The house was beautifully furnished and of high quality, therefore the rent was not cheap. You could reach every beach with a car in a short time. All in all the holiday couldn't have been better.

We had an amazing stay at the villa. It was super clean, specious, new and modern. It had all the amenities that you need. Great AC, water pressure and the kitchen was stocked. The pool and pool area was amazing, with a nice view of the sea in the distance. Very child friendly space. The host was great, very friendly and helpful. The location is just a few minutes drive from Tsivili and Zakynthos. He runs a restaurant as well, that was also awesome. Overall, an awesome trip. Highly recommend the villa if you are visiting.
