Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
The images of the hotel are deceptive and do not reflect reality whatsoever. I deeply regret my financial transaction and expect a full refund. The facilities are in disgraceful condition, the accommodation smelled of mold, there were rodent droppings on the balcony, and the premises are completely neglected. We were misled by the photos on the official website. My advice: Avoid this hotel at all costs!!!!!!"
