Terra Nuova Zante Apartment is a beautifully renovated split-level residence located in the heart of Tsilivi, Zakynthos, just 250 meters from the beach. The interior features one spacious bedroom set under a charming sloped ceiling, furnished with two connected single beds and a small stool that can be converted into a single bed for a child. The main living area includes a cozy sofa bed, a 40” SMART TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances including a ceramic cooktop, oven, fridge/freezer, coffee and espresso machines, kettle, toaster, and all essential kitchenware. Basic ingredients such as salt, pepper, oil, tea, and coffee are also provided. The dining area comfortably seats four guests and opens to a balcony with countryside views.

The apartment includes two bathrooms—one ensuite with a walk-in shower and one separate WC. It can accommodate up to three adults and one small child: two guests in the bedroom, one on the sofa bed in the living room, and one small child on the foldable stool bed. Air conditioning is available throughout the apartment for both cooling and heating, and Wi-Fi is included.
