  • Surrounded by countryside, Villa Rizolia Epta (part of the Rizolia Villa Complex) is located in the quaint hamlet of Lithakia, near Agios Sostis. The villa is a traditional stone build, typical of Zante, and is authentically styled both inside and out. There's ample space to relax outside, by your own private pool as well as a portable BBQ for that perfect night in. There is a taverna and a mini market within walking distance, and the centre of Agios Sostis is just a 5 minute drive away. Air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms, pool heating and WiFi are included.

    Villa Rizolia Epta is perfect for those looking for a relaxing getaway. The villa is one of ten houses on the Rizolia Villa complex, located in the village of Lithakia. This small hamlet enjoys a slow pace of life, with a local taverna, cafe and a mini market. Nearby, the charming seaside resort of Agios Sostis is just a 5 minute drive away with a handful of traditional restaurants and wonderful views across to Turtle Island. The sandy Bay of Laganas is also easily accessible by car and is a popular nesting spot for the famous Caretta caretta turtles. Villa Rizolia Epta is located directly in front of Villa Rizolia Enea.
