External Living | Private Pool & BBQ

This captivating home lays in 500m² outdoor area and is embellished with a 60m² private heated swimming pool (1,50 meters deep), also boasting in-pool heated Spa Whirlpool (four seater). The pool also offers a rainfall spa column (in one side) with hydromassage facilities for endless hours of relaxation. Grown-ups can lounge to their sun loungers before idling back for al fresco barbecues (Charcoal BBQ, with sink & mini fridge) under sunset skies, on the shaded outdoor dinning area. The outdoor area is the perfect location for ice-cold G&Ts, taking in the scenes and watching the sun’s journey. With bespoke outdoor settings & tableware, it is an ideal holiday escape for those who seek the ultimate summery living and an unforgettable holiday experience.

Pool & Whirlpool Heating Policy:

-The pool & whirlpool can be heated during the days with outside temperature less than 25 °C degrees.
-4 days in advance - prior notice is required, before arrival, for the pool & whirlpool to reach up to 28 °C, depending on the outdoor temperature. The cost is 50€ per day.
-Pool & whirlpool can strictly be booked for the duration of your entire stay, and the total cost is a sum of the above. Prior notice is required.
-In case of rain there won’t be a possibility to use the pool & whirlpool.

*A ping pong table is also available outdoors to master your skills, inspiring entertainment and togetherness.


Bonus - Family Friendly:

For children's play time, the retreat also features a shared outdoor play area (with swings, seesaw, slide & picnic table) for our younger guests.


*The homeowner resides close to the villa, with own separate entrance and can be of assistance upon request.
*Vorto Luxury Villas is an iconic complex which includes three independent Villas in total, each of them with separate facilities, private entrances & pools. Kindly note that due to the design of the complex some of the areas may be overlooked.

Offering a bespoke design, the exclusive Villa boasts three bedrooms & three en suite bathrooms, plus a shared WC, each flaunting a distinctive look and feel - and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests in real beds, as well as two extra guests can be accommodated at the double sofa bed of the living room on the first floor. The maximum capacity is 8 guests.
