Отдых в отеле Imperial Beach - великолепно!
В сентябре месяце отдыхала в отеле Imperial Beach(один из трех отелей Zante).Погода баловала солнцем,а море ласкало(было теплое и как всегда,очень красивое)В отель приехала рано утром,номер уже был готов(было очень приятно)Хочу сказать огромное спасибо всему персоналу отеля,все очень внимательны.Вы молодцы!Отель Imperial ближе всех расположен к морю,номера очень уютные(бронировала Studio sea view),ежедневная уборка(очень чисто).Я осталась очень довольна номером. На reception работают две милые девушки Эфи и Элени,всегда с улыбкой встречают гостей и по всем вопросам стараются помочь.Спасибо Вам! В ресторане большой выбор блюд на разный вкус...овощи,фрукты,салаты,мясо,рыба на гриле,десерты.Все невозможно перечислить,все свежее и очень вкусно! В баре Вас встречают Аристотелис и Филип,с улыбкой на лице ,и обязательно поинтересуются все ли хорошо у вас на отдыхе.Очень приятно.Коктейли,напитки достойного качества.Весь персонал очень внимателен к гостям! И еще хочу написать об анимации..Скучно не бывает.С самого утра и до позднего вечера Мамбо Джамбо проводит развлекательные программы. Еще раз хочется сказать огромное спасибо за великолепный отдых!Желаю процветания и много хороших туристов!Спасибо!!!

Zante hotel holiday
We were disappointed with this hotel food often cold at mealtimes,coffee machine in dinning room on low heat light,beds and bed linen had seen better days.Ventilation/Extract system in bathroom did not work and unconnected wires hanging out of walls.Water park not as advertised.

Family hotel
The children loved the hotel so it wasn't all bad. But initially we booked a sea facing family apartment and we got a room at the side with a glimpse of s sea view. The air con was broke and dripped all night. They did however move us the next night to the room we had initially booked. That room was fine. The views were beautiful but the air con still didn't work and the shower door broke. The staff were not friendly. The food was really not impressive. I was able to salvage something for each meal but not great.
However on the positive points the kids had a ball they loved jumbo jumbo, zantino world (which is actually looking very shoddy they didn't notice) and loved the pools and slides.
We had a great time but you have to find the positives with this hotel and work around the rest. We hired a car to explore and ate out a number of times at local tavernas.
I wouldn't go back but the kids would definitely.

Resort basic and isolated - 2 star at best
Beach was fantastic with great snorkelling, however the hotel facilities were lacking. Food was only at certain times of the day and the quality fluctuated greatly. Hot water ran out about 4pm each day which meant that after a day on the beach, we had a cold shower everyday before dinner. The beds are cheap and very hard which suited some of our party although not all of us as we woke with bad backs after the 4th day. The resort is located on the side of a hill with steep steps to climb to and from the beach, rooms and restaurant. We enjoyed ourselves despite the issues, but would not recommend the resort to others. The hotel is also isolated as it's 20mins walk to the nearest shop or restaurant up a steep winding road that is not suitable or nice for the very young or older members of a party.

Hôtel familiale correct compte tenu des prix
Hôtel sympathique et correct compte tenu du prix. Buffet en ordre même si pas spécialement varié. En septembre, clientèle essentiellement russe et donc peu d'activités traduites en anglais. Insonorisation des chambres pas optimale et transat payant à la plage. Sinon plage et fonds marins super!
