"Originally, booked for two nights as a way to explore Hungarian thermal spa area. After first day's experience we extended our stay to six days. Quite nicely appointed structures and decore, lobby, facilities and rooms with the attention to details. Helpful staff always ready to assist. Half board package is adequate, breakfast and dinner well presented and tasty. Few times we grabbed a lunch at the pool bistro. Prices for drinks/wines are higher, but in line with the fivestar designation, I guess. IMHO, the parking in the facility should be included for hotel guests, but in Europe, everybody is trying to make extra charge. I don't think hotel of this level needs to penny-pinch on parking. Please continue to maintain these high standards in today's hard times and we will be back."

"Wunderschöne, sehr saubere und sehr gut ausgestattete Fewo, mit kostenlosem Parkplatz im Innenbereich. Das Ortszentrum und der Thermalsee sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Die sehr freundlichen Vermieter sind stets bemüht, alle Wünsche zu erfüllen."

"Mostly a very good experience. The pools need a spruce up - weeds growing between the paving stones around the outdoor pool, for example. The refrigerator in the room (was a mini bar in a past life but had nothing in it when we arrived) failed to chill drinks & receptionist said "it is not really a fridge, it is a minibar so its purpose is not to cool". Food is very good, only issue was around my nut allergy. People would move the little labels around so it was hard to see which label referred to which dessert. Otherwise a good experience. Tip: hotel guests can enter the neighbouroung arboretum free of charge. No need to walk outside the hotel grounds and pay for entry."

"The best. Hotel and good restaurants and bars. They have 8 swimming pools 4 inside 4 outside. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Kind staff"

"Great room and the design is functional. Food was great in taste and choices aplenty for breakfast and dinner. One of the slides was not working, and one lift was out of order. Staff was not welcoming at reception."
