Designed with a warm Scandinavian-boho aesthetic, the space feels effortlessly cosy and bright, with herringbone floors, rattan pendant lights, and soft neutral tones throughout.

The open-plan living area offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. The fully equipped kitchen features an oven, dishwasher, and all the essentials for cooking in, while the corner dining nook with built-in seating is perfect for an intimate breakfast or evening meal. The plush L-shaped sofa and smart TV make it easy to unwind after a day at the beach, and the separate area offers a quiet, restful space with a comfortable double bed and ample overhead storage.

The modern bathroom is finished with natural wood tones and grey stone tiles, complete with a walk-in shower, toilet, and vanity unit.

Step outside through the sliding doors to your own private patio, facing north-east — a lovely spot to start the morning with a coffee in the sun. The outdoor lounge set with a glass coffee table makes it a great place to sit back and enjoy the fresh sea air.

## Neighborhood

The studio is nestled in a street in Zandvoort, giving you the best of both worlds. The town centre with its restaurants, beach bars, and shops is easily reachable on foot or by bike. The famous Zandvoort beach, one of the most beautiful stretches of coastline in the Netherlands, is about a 20-minute walk away — or a quick ride if you bring your bikes.

Zandvoort is a lively seaside town with a character all its own, known for its wide sandy beach, the nearby dunes of Zuid-Kennemerland National Park, and the famous Circuit Zandvoort. Whether you're here for a relaxed beach holiday or an active outdoor escape, you'll find plenty to keep you busy.

## Transit

The studio is located in a residential area of Zandvoort. Zandvoort train station is within walking distance and offers direct connections to Haarlem and Amsterdam. By car, Amsterdam is approximately 30 minutes away. Paid parking is available nearby.
