"I had some issues with the housekeeping service. I reported it to the management and their response was 5 star. The location of the hotel is superb and the team attitude is second to none. Also, getting to the old town takes only 10 minutes from a very, very close bus stop. I will definitely come back next year. I strongly recommend this hotel. "

Breakfast buffet also excellent. Lots of food options round the hotel and neighbourhood. Easy access to Dubrovnik Old Town area via bus or taxi. (Get the Dubrovnik pass)"
