"Hotel Sumratin is outstanding. The staff are extremely professional, helpful, and courteous. We arrived late to the hotel and they had already streamlined the check-in process so our wait time was minimal. The staff was attentive and helpful. The food is exceptional and the facilities are beautiful. If you are looking for a hotel in Dubrovnik, Hotel Sumratin is perfect!"

"Location was great and breakfast excellent. The spa amenities were sub par. Huge but only really a sauna. There are three soaking baths which are just small indoor sitting pools. Unnecessary. The steam roam was smelly. The Turkish bath was useless. Just a lot of wasted space. The gym was small. But again location and views were excellent. Staff was friendly."

"The location is excellent—within walking distance of Dubrovnik’s Old Town. On-site parking with included valet service was also very convenient. The massage with Stevan was absolutely amazing. He was highly professional, kind, and provided an excellent treatment. We are vegan, however, and found the food options at the hotel disappointing. There was no vegan yogurt, sausage, or burger available in any of the restaurants. For a hotel of this standard, I would expect a much better range of vegan options."

"Great staff. So nice, super helpful. Everyone. Luca, other front desk lady, and Jusip and Anna. Superb 12 rooms in entire hotel, allowing for personal care of guests by the staff. Also, great location very close to old town. And the breakfast was excellent. Made to order, and everything prepared fresh and very tasty."
