"The room was perfect. It was gorgeously decorated and had all the things you need including a hairdryer, fresh towels, small fridge and kettle. The location was genuinely amazing, right in the heart of old town a literal step away from amazing restaurants and wine bars. The only thing to be aware of are the steps, so if you have suitcases it is a bit of an effort."

"Hotel staff was incredibly helpful, gave us early access to the whole property even though we arrived about 5 hours before check-in. Cleaning staff did a great job of making the room feel fresh and brand new each day. The room, the view, and the service were all phenomenal. Loved the breakfast spread but the coffee service can take a minute if you’re in a rush to get out and about in the morning. 100% recommend this spot if you’re looking to avoid the cruise boat crowds of the main city. Not a bad walk from here to the old city or to the Lapad area!"

"Room 101 was large and spotless.everything worked well. TV channels are limited. The bathroom window (the bedroom window) should be double glazed for sound insulation - looks as if that is in progress. Location is terrific -right next to Pile Gate so from taxi or bus to Klarisa is easy. Staff were lovely and manger Victor was a super helpful guy. "

"We had superior room with balcony and sea view. Lovely breakfast room / terrace and choice. Staff plentiful and friendly. Only used pool and wellness centre once (but was lovely) The private sun beds / each area looked nice but we were so busy we didn’t use ! Went walked into old town every day (around 20 mins downhill to Pile gate) also walked to Lapad and Gruz for boat trips. Such a great position if you don’t mind some hills (hills and loads of steps in Dubrovnik !) walls amazing, telecabine worth the trip. Lopud island and Cavtat great boat day trips. Lovely holiday"

"The room location was quiet and away from the louder areas of old town, but close enough still to be in the middle of everything. Room and facilites were new and finishes were great. A fantastic value for your money."

"A fabulous small hotel right in the centre of Dubrovnik just off the main street. Very friendly and helpful staff. Extremely clean. We didn't use any of the facilities in the hotel as we went out as we were so close to dozens of restaurants. One point to note is that as this is a protected building in a UNESCO World Heritage site there is no lift."

"I stayed for 2 nights on my way back from Montenegro to fly out of Dubrovnik airport. I stayed in the top floor studio. I arrived around 4 pm and checked out around 3 am. Instructions were clear and the main entrance was open and lockbox was easily identified. Very clean room with slanted ceiling and a small kitchen perfect if you want to prepare a couple meals, also had a small washer/dryer unit. The place was also really easy to access from the Old Town main entrance. Highly recommend!! Greetings from California."
