"Great location inside the city walls. There was some street noise but it quieted down by 11pm. Large room and bathroom, newly renovated. Probably best if all was that there were very few steps to the main level. Easy check in and out. It was nice being close the the old town activities. We left our bags in the entry on check out for several hours and they were still there when we picked them up. Also. Very nice secure luggage storage office a couple alleys away. Good stay!"

"As expected there are many stairs to climb to get to the lodging. When arriving, it is advisable to request to be dropped off at the Pile gate even though it is a little further because there are much fewer steps to carry your luggage. The room was clean and comfortable. It was great staying inside the city walls and close to all the sites. There is an excellent restaurant, Wanda restaurant, right as you exit the doors. We were given breakfast vouchers for Cafe Festival which we enjoyed each morning. Staff assisted us in locating a place to do our laundry which was close by."

Check in and out was smooth but unusual with a call button. We were buzzed in. I picked up our keys from the side table and left them in the key box as we left. That actually was very efficient. The room was immaculate clean and more than adequate for our needs I would recommend this place wholeheartedly"

"Staff were very helpful. The room was lovely and clean. Breakfast was amazing with such a large choice. The gym and indoor pool were also well maintained and there was even table tennis and table football. We noticed a water stain on the ceiling by the lifts, and shortly afterwards there was someone painting it. We would recommend this hotel and probably return."

"The location is 2-5 minutes walk to all attractions. Clothes washing/drying machine is very nice and a full kitchen that I can make a healthy breakfast and lunch as needed. Konzun market nearby is good place for grocery. I would recommend it and will stay there next time"
