That said, the location is excellent for visiting Paklenica National Park, and we appreciated the early check-in and free parking. "

"We had a nice stay at Villa Tereza. The property and pool are beautiful. The bedrooms are well set up, although we found the kitchens were a bit small to cook meals for 10 people in. We had a few small issues that were quickly resolved by the owners. "

"This hotel was a total surprise. The small town of Obrovac is located in a canyon along a river. The ride to get there was very pretty and the setting of the hotel right on the river was beautiful. The place has obviously been recently renovated and it is all new and clean smelling. The hotel restaurant served excellent dishes (I had a steak and a salad and my husband had seafood risotto) and very good wine. The staff was super friendly. The town is run down but the hotel and their restaurant is a gem."
