Detached luxury home with lots of privacy

Detached luxury home with large garden. The living room is spacious with a half open kitchen. View of the garden from the seating area. On the ground floor there is a separate toilet and the bathroom as well as a single bedroom. On the first floor there are 2 spacious bedrooms, one with a small balcony.
The house has a richly equipped kitchen with microwave / oven, electric hob, dishwasher and fridge. A freezer is also present. Washing machine and dryer are also available. Ample seating in the living room and the dining table is suitable for 6 people (1,5 meter is no problem). The house has central heating and a wood burning stove that is free to use. There are garden chairs and a table in the spacious garden. There is always a place for sun or shade. Parking a car in front of the house. Television and internet / wifi are available.
The property is rented including bed and linen, energy, water, cleaning (coronaproof) and taxes. No additional costs beyond the price shown

Het is een mooi groot huis midden in het bos, eekhoorntjes in de tuin, rustig park. Dichtbij Zelhem met winkels en restaurants.

Fehlerhafte Beschreibung

Die Beschreibung des Hauses war leider nicht ganz korrekt. Der Garten ist nicht umzĂ€unt, so dass die Hunde nur mit Leine raus konnten. Das Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss ist eine kleine Kammer mit einem Einzelbett, in der man nicht mal ein Fenster öffnen kann. Wir wurden vom Parkbesitzer darauf hingewiesen, dass man zur Zeit nicht grillen darf. Ein Hinweis im Haus diesbezĂŒglich fehlte.

Alles bestens

Sauberes, vollstĂ€ndig eingerichtetes FerienhĂ€uschen. Es mangelt an nichts; alles, was man fĂŒr einen Kurzurlaub benötigt, ist vorhanden. Das Haus liegt in einem Ferienhauspark am Waldrand in ruhiger Umgebung. Obwohl der Vermieter nicht vor Ort sein konnte, funktionierte die SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe via Safe und vorherigem Schriftwechsel problemlos. Wir (4 Erwachsene und ein Hund) fĂŒhlten uns hier sehr wohl.

Goed, keurig en net verblijf!

Bij aankomst bleek dat er iets was misgegaan in de communicatie m.b.t. informatieversterking. Hierop heb ik Dhr. Rutten een bericht gestuurd, waarna ik binnen enkele minuten antwoord kreeg met de benodigde informatie. Dhr. Rutten heeft hierin zeer snel en correct gehandeld. Het huisje was van alle gemakken voorzien, tv, wifi, handdoeken, beddengoed, wasmachine + droger, keuken met vaatwasser, mooie tuin, alles was perfect en goed verzorgd! Zeker een aanrader! Ook de omgeving was mooi en er is genoeg te beleven. Wij danken Dhr. en Mevr. Rutten voor het prettige verblijf in hun huisje. TOP!!!!

Schönes kleines Haus im ruhigen Bungalowpark, nicht weit von Zelhem und Doetinchem

Wir waren dort zu 4. in der Nebensaison untergekommen, das Haus ist gegenĂŒber den Bildern etwas kleiner als gedacht, dennoch ist ausreichend Platz vorhanden. Die Gegend ist schön anzuschauen, leider ist das Wetter nicht beeinflussbar. Es gibt einen angenehmen Garten, eine schöne Terasse und man kann direkt vor der TĂŒre parken. Das Haus war sehr sauber und bot alle notwendigen Annehmlichkeiten. Innerhalb von 15 Minuten ist man in Doetinchem, dort gibt es u.a. einen Aldi. Der Ort Zelhem ist nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Vor der "TĂŒr" des Parks hĂ€lt ein Bus der direkt dort hin fĂ€hrt, Busse fahren stĂŒndlich bis 23 Uhr. Der Grill hat leider seine besten Tage hinter sich, so haben wir kurzfristig umgeplant und haben stattdessen in der modernen KĂŒche unser Grillgut zubereitet. ZusĂ€tzlich zu Waschmaschine und Trockner ist auch ein Gefrierschrank vor Ort zu finden, also auch gut geeignet fĂŒr lĂ€ngere Aufenthalte. Das sonderbare war nur, dass die eine SchlafzimmertĂŒre ĂŒber einen ToilettenĂ€hnlichen Mechanismus abschließbar ist, aber nur von außen o.O

What a fantastic stay in this house!

We stayed as a family of 4 in August 2018 and what a lovely little house it was. Very clean and tidy and the owner (Paul) had been spot on with communication from start to finish which made our holiday really pleasant and reassuring. We would definitely love to come back again in the near future as we really enjoyed our time in the house relaxing and also exploring other parts of the Netherlands. The only thing we disliked most about the house was the all-in-one microwave-oven, it was quite difficult to use however we managed but it wasn't great space wise when using the oven function, it did the job nonetheless. Bare in mind in the summer months mosquitos got the better of us and we did not prepare ourselves with appropriate repellent! Make sure to bring some if you choose to stay here in the Summer and you should be fine :) + Wi-Fi signal strength was great. + Parking is available outside the house. + Lovely outside garden and seating to relax and also enjoy a BBQ if you wish, the garden was huge! + Bedding was clean and comfortable. + Plenty of towels provided. + Washing machine, tumble dryer and even a dish washer available. + Excellent communication with the owner Paul, he was super helpful. + Good choice of TV channels, BBC One and BBC Two are available in the NL too! - All-in-one microwave oven is a little tricky to get used to so bare that in mind. - Wi-Fi download speeds are suitable but not super fast, it's free so this is not a complaint. - Bring mosquito repellent if staying in the summer, you'll get bitten in the outdoors.

Het was een zeer aangename verrassing om in zo een goede vakantiewoning terecht te komen. Fris interieur met goede bedden, uitgebreide keuken en goede douche. Ook de tuin, bbq, hor voor de deur en open haard in huis vonden we een feestje. Heerlijk om daar te verblijven. Wij raden dit adres aan!

We would definitely stay in this accommodation again as it met all our needs.

The accommodations were wonderful. The house was very clean and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable in the kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms. It is located in a very private and quiet community, with easy access to Ruurlo.
