Die Kommunikation funktionierte sowohl per Chat als auch telefonisch einwandfrei. Geschäfte sind nicht direkt um die Ecke, sondern etwa 2 km entfernt, weshalb ein Auto für Einkäufe notwendig ist. Zum Zeller See sind es ca. 1,8 km zu Fuß. Der Service des Anbieters war hervorragend, und die Ausstattung ist auf dem neuesten Stand."

"Das Appartement liegt nicht nur in der Nähe eines Golfplatzes, sondern mitten in einem Industriegebiet. Der beworbene Bergblick endet zuerst einmal in den Hinterhöfen von Industrieanlagen. Sauberkeit und Hygiene ist katastrophal. Einrichtungsgegenstände teilweise beschädigt, Elektrogeräte teilweise ohne Funktion. Vermieter reagiert überhaupt nicht auf Reklamation."
