    This beautiful rustic villa is located in Zemunik Donji, a place only 12 km away from Zadar. Zemunik Donji is located in the heart of Ravni Kotar, which abounds in endless sunny fields rich in olive groves, vineyards, and Mediterranean plants. For anyone who wants to experience a part of rural Mediterranean life, this place is ideal for a vacation. It offers peace and quiet, beautiful scenery, and numerous sights and activities in nature for the whole family.



    Villa Tany will delight you at first sight with its exterior appearance and spacious garden with numerous facilities. The villa has 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, a living room with an open-plan kitchen and can accommodate up to 8 people with additional places on the sofa bed. The yard of 1500 m2 has many places for children to play on the playground and for leisure it also offers table tennis. The emphasis of the yard is on the wonderful heated swimming pool, which is surrounded by 8 deckchairs. On the terrace, there is also a covered area where there is an outdoor barbecue on wood or charcoal, an outdoor dining table with two wooden benches, and a summer kitchen. Also, two bar seats and a small bar are at your disposal to enjoy a drop of wine or delicious cocktails in the evening.

We stayed for 10 days in this lovely villa and had a great time. The villa has been really well done and thought out, especially the outdoor kitchen and dining area, where all the facilities, cooking utensils, crockery etc. are all provided so you don't need to move everything from the indoor kitchen to outside (everything is inside too). Pool was a great temperature, inside is great as well, with ceiling fans in bedrooms to supplement a/c in the living/communal areas, which worked well. Quiet/private location which was great, with approx. 20min drive into Zadar or other areas. We had one brief/small issue with power tripping out due to a problem with the hot water cylinder, but the host and an electrician came out immediately and it was all sorted within an hour or so. Table tennis and BBQ were well used by us, and the bar seating/table and other outdoor seating areas were great. We'd highly recommend the villa! Thanks for having us! Next time if you could make the TV show England beating Argentina instead of losing that would be perfect.

Tolles Haus, sehr neu, ruhige Lage

Das Haus ist sehr neu, bietet sehr viel Platz und ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Es gibt eigentlich nichts, was es nicht gibt (außer Fliegengittern). Die Lage ist etwas abgeschieden, trotzdem dicht bei der Hauptstraße und auch nur 10 min vom Flughafen entfernt. Mit dem Auto ist alles in der Region Zadar problemlos zu erreichen. Die Vermieterin war ebenfalls sehr nett. Klare Empfehlung für Familien.

Tolle Unterkunft für einen Familienurlaub

Sehr gut ausgestattetes, ruhig gelegenes, klimatisiertes Ferienhaus mit beheiztem Pool, vollständiger Außenküche und genügend Platz für 2 Erw. mit Kindern. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und haben an alles gedacht, was man braucht. Kommen gerne wieder.
