"The service from the staff was exceptional and really was the highlight of the trip. Elvis and Felix spoke English and really helped us navigate the city, arrange rides and make plans. The location is beautiful and very relaxing, though the distance from the city made it a bit challenging to get food. The provided breakfast was excellent and the restaurant on site was also really good (but a bit pricey)."

"We enjoyed our stay at the nvue resort. It was tastefully appointed and located in a nice mountainous area. The staff was very friendly and the room was very comfortable with a walk out patio. It was nice to breathe fresh mountain air."

"No. 5 Valley Lodge was one of the most memorable places I stayed in China. The setting is beautiful and peaceful, tucked into the mountains with a very calm, nature-focused atmosphere. It feels much more special than a normal hotel because the whole property has a sense of place — quiet paths, greenery, mountain views, and a slower rhythm that makes it feel like a real escape. The staff were also extremely kind and thoughtful. One of the highlights was the tea experience: the tea master was generous, welcoming, and made the whole experience feel personal rather than touristy. She even prepared calligraphy pieces and shared tea with genuine care, which made the stay feel much more meaningful."

Everyone of the stuff was super helpful and made us feel welcome. They helped us book the excursions such as the avatar mountains & Tianmen mountain. Gave us all the necessary information and gotcha that made our experience really enjoyable."

"5 start just cuz is the limit, but the hotel is crazy nice, very close to the Park. And what can I say about the owner? Simply amazing, a really kind, respectful and helpful guy. He also offered me and my girlfriend a traditional tea before goin to sleep. I really loved the hotel!"
