"If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. Pandora Boutique Hotel isn't just beautiful -- it's the staff that makes this a truly wonderful experience. Zhangjiajie National Park can be difficult to do without a tour group, but the owner was extraordinary. She would lay out plans for us each night, from helping us with trip bookings to highlighting the best look-out spots to detailing bus routes that we needed to take down to the minute. "Very clean room and comfortable stay. Great location – close to the park entrance and many restaurants. The host arranged a pickup from the station for us, and the communication was smooth. They also spent a lot of time helping us plan our daily trips, explaining everything in detail. With their help, we avoided many mistakes and saved time. Would definitely stay here again."
