"We recently had the pleasure of staying one week at Santa Fe hotel zicatela Puerto Escondido Oaxaca,and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The Restaurant delicious food and excellent service, The room was immaculately clean and spacious. The bed was remarkably comfortable,made our stay truly memorable. Everything is near to the hotel. Thank all staff!! The location of this hotel is amazing and we can’t wait to return to on my next visit. Highly recommended!”👍"

"Es un buen hotel comodo, tiene AC, camas comodas, cuartos amplios, cuentan con refrigerador y microondas, y me encanto que toedos los cuartos tienen un balcon con una hamaca espectacular eso si fue 10 de 10... muy relajante para estar ahi descansando. El desayuno estuvo bien. El personal muy muy amable y buena onda. Es un hotel a buen precio y muy bien ubicado frente a la playa (aunque en esa playa NO se puede nadar es imposible)... la alberca muy muy comoda y agusto. Todo excelente."

"El personal muy amable y servicial, habitaciones limpias, todo funcionando a la perfección, la ubicación no es la más óptima si deseas una playa en la que llegues caminando, no hay lugares cercanos para comer, está sobre la carretera y los alrededores está muy sucio hay basura."

"The owner is in-site all the time as is members of her family; the staff and operations all run like clockwork. When i arrived internet for work was spotty in my room and Ita and Williams took steps to problem-solve for me - they did an amazing job! The internet was never strong enough for me to be able to work from my air conditioned room, but it was strong enough to work from the lobby area or the main restaurant in the Hotel so I made it work. But I will be honest. If you do need to work significant numbers of hours while you are here, it would be best to find a second option or a Hotel that has their rooms set up for people that are working on the road. If you are interested in a lovely Hotel, that is run by a competence staff, and a hands-on family owned environment. This place is for you. It’s just steps from the beach and it’s very very central. If you are noise, sensitive, make sure that you receive a room on the inside of the facility and not on the street because the street faces their club which is open until three A.M. Thank you bungalows Zicatela! I really enjoyed my stay and appreciate your hospitality."
