Great place for a few days before moving around the island(s). The hotel was very clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay here.

Staying at Jastam House was everything we hoped for and more! The service was outstanding from start to finish. Warm and genuinely made us feel looked after the entire stay. One of the real highlights is the beach access. It feels like having your own private stretch of sand to yourself. And the food.. Simply amazing. Every meal was a treat. Honestly, the whole experience feels like being in paradise. We can't wait to come back!

Title: All-Inclusive in Name, Not in Experience - Would Not Recommend! For the price paid, STORY Seychelles was a major disappointment. The advertised “all-inclusive” experience is highly selective, with restrictions on dining options, menu items, beverages, service hours, and even minibar selections. These limitations were not adequately explained before booking, leaving me feeling constantly nickel-and-dimed rather than enjoying the relaxing luxury experience I paid for. Communication between the front desk and the teams coordinating guest arrangements was equally disappointing. Despite making arrangements in advance, poor coordination resulted in an unnecessarily stressful and disruptive check-in and checkout experiences. I also paid for early check-in, only to spend additional time waiting while the staff sorted out arrangements that should have been handled before my arrival. The saving grace? The housekeeping and dining staff. They were genuinely warm, kind, and attentive, and easily the best part of my stay. They deserve recognition for providing the hospitality that was otherwise missing. Unfortunately, their exceptional service could not make up for the disappointing overall experience. My recommendation? Save yourself the frustration. If you’re already spending this much on a Seychelles vacation, consider paying the difference for the Four Seasons or exploring another luxury property. I would not return to STORY Seychelles.
