Nice relaxed stay

All good, not so busy in the hotel. Relax zone/ SPA nice, water bit colder for a youngers, but soune nice and not packed. Food rich and sufficient, wide selection.

Stay at this hotel and enjoy !

Amazing Hotel! Go to the pool and Sauna Just get there early because they close the pool at 9:30 pm and open at 3pm Amazing Amazing .... we found parking next to the hotel and saved as it was free. If not you will pay up to 15 Euro in the next-door parking lot

The hotel was beautiful. The staff was excellent and informative and just down right nice. Wish we could have stayed here longer. Went to the Sky Bar there and the bartender there was excellent. He was just awesome. we were treated awesome here!!! Thank you!

Lovely hotel and excellent customer service.

Our stay was absolutely lovely. We had a great experience from check in to check out with all staff very helpful. The rooms are very big and comfortable. The breakfast had a wide variety of foods to choose from with very good coffee! Despite its size the hotel did not feel crowded and everybody we met was lovely and very welcoming!

Wonderful Surprise

Easy parking (paid), quick and friendly check-in! Room was clean and comfortable with good air conditioning. Nice gym on the top floor and the delicious restaurant and bar Pancha on top floor. The service was incredible with one staff member who exemplified five-star service. This was a great stay!

Good option available from Zilina.

It's one of the best hotels accessible from zilina. The room is spacious and nice, but not soundproofed. Sounds of conversation and movement in the room next door can be felt as vibrations. The bed is old and the mattress is not level, so it is tilted or sagged. There is no free water provided in the room, so be sure to prepare it in advance. The minibar is also empty.

청결합니다.

질리나 시내에서는 떨어져 있어요. 기차지나가는 소리 들리기지만 침대는 청결했고 청소도 잘해주셨어요. 출장으로 다녀왔고 가족과 함께 가기에는 무리가 있을듯해요. 조식도 먹을만했어요. 주차는 따로 10유로씩 지불해야합니다.

Nothing special, several inconveniences in room

Nothing special. The room was big and well designed. Good coffee downstairs. However there were inconveniences that made my stay unpleasant. I asked for bottled water because I don't know about the Slovakian tap water. They didn't have any for me down at the reception. Then when the front desk called me they said: i found a bottle, you can come down. The room had 2 AC systems that wouldn't turn off. It was super hot in the room the whole time. I decided to unplug the AC systems as it was unbearable at some point. I couldn't sleep. Also, the matras wasn't straight so I felt like I was sliding off the bed all night. Pillows were either huge and hard or super thin. It was an uncomfortable night.
