"Our cabin was perfect and spotless, and the view was fantastic. The staff was exceptionally helpful whenever we needed assistance or had questions. We hope to stay there again. I should also mention the restaurant was very nice and the food was excellent. We also used the outside snack bar for soup and sandwiches and they were excellent as well."

"The cottages are behind cow sheds and when I arrived felt like being not inhabited. Looked a bit run down. The interior of the cottage was perfect, the door however did not lock and travelling alone, I did not close an eye. It then was fixed the following day, although I did not say anything. Then a handy man was fixing and painting the cottage next to the one I was in, and suddenly he was painting shatters and fence while I was in the cottage. Obviously I was disturbed by the smell. "The fixed price kosher meals in the milk/fish restaurant were unbelievably diverse and superbly done. The facility was very beautiful, very upscale. The views of Rosh Pinna and the rest of the valley below were amazing when eating on the terrace. The staff was outstanding and very helpful and very friendly. Lots of staff. "

"Very nice place. Cleaned and organized. However few things must be addressed. 1. Wood flooring across the resort must be replaced or repaired. Nails sticking out caused me step on them few times. 2. Air conditioner in the room works based on motion. In the middle of the night the ac turned off and I had to wake up and shake my hands few times for it to start working again. Not fun at all !!! 3.
