"Fantastic stay at the hotel. Staff were great and room was nice and comfortable. Huge bathroom and great shower. Beds were comfortable. Very clean hotel. The breakfast was amazing! We would definitely stay here again. Location is perfect and walking distance to everything. Close to the train station and old town. Lots of restaurants near by. "

Check in and out were easy, my room was ready with a Hotels.com upgrade that included a bigger room and cookies. "

"We enjoyed our one night stay here. The hotel room was very spacious and clean. There was a good selection for breakfast. The location is so convenient in old town. The front desk staff were so nice and helpful. My luggage was delayed from my flight into Prague and the ladies at the front were very helpful in trying to help me navigate this situation. Highly recommend! "

"Fantastic hotel that we would highly recommend. Staff on reception so helpful with tourist information, taxi bookings etc. Speedy check in/out service. Room was perfect for us, spotless, well turned out and had everything we needed. Beds comfortable and dressing robes and slippers provided. Hardly any noise at all, so had a great sleep. Cocktails at the bar were delicious and the lady in the gift shop is super helpful and friendly. Metro and tram stop a 2 minute walk away outside, perfect for travelling into the old town/ tourist attractions. We will definitely return in the future, thank you for a lovely stay."
