Welcome to a charming property located in the quiet village of Zmijavci, not far from Imotski. Ideal for families, larger groups of friends or anyone looking for relaxation in nature, comfort and privacy - this is a place that combines a traditional Dalmatian atmosphere with modern amenities. At your disposal are two fully equipped houses, each with two bedrooms for two people, a spacious living room, kitchen and dining room. We have a total of 3 bathrooms with showers, distributed between the two houses - practical and comfortable for larger groups. The total capacity of the property is 10 people - eight can sleep in the bedrooms, while two more people can comfortably accommodate on the couch. A special atmosphere is created by the outdoor area, which features a private swimming pool - perfect for summer refreshment. Next to the pool there is a covered summer kitchen with a large table, ideal for shared meals outdoors, as well as a barbecue for preparing traditional dishes and evening gatherings under the stars. For additional entertainment and recreation, guests can enjoy billiards and table football, while those looking for a more active vacation will surely enjoy the artificial grass football field - ideal for games and socializing at any time of the day.   • Blue Lake * (Croatian: Modro jezero or Plavo jezero) is a karst lake located near Imotski in southern Croatia. Like the nearby Red Lake, it lies in a deep sinkhole possibly formed by the collapse of an enormous underground cave. The total depth from the upper rim is around 220 meters, while water depth varies with season. In spring, when the snow from surrounding mountains melts, it can reach 90 m, and in 1914 it reached 114 m, overflowing the southern rim. The lake is a popular destination for hiking and sight-seeing. Maximum dimensions of the lake are around 800×500 m, but they significantly vary due to big changes in the water level. At the end of the summer the lake may completely disappear. In 1907 a road was built descending to the lake.
