This vacation home impresses with modern architecture and modern design. It is located in a quiet part of Istria and offers its guests maximum comfort. The interior of the villa extends through the first floor and the 1st floor, which are connected by an interior staircase. In the open living room, the modern indoor fireplace contributes to the special atmosphere.

Each room has its own bathroom and is equipped with air conditioning and a TV.

On the first floor there is an additional room with a luxurious wellness area and a bedroom with a bathroom with its own entrance. Large glass walls let a lot of light into the house, and all rooms open to terraces overlooking the pool or the greenery.



In the large and well-maintained garden, there is a 45 m² overflow pool with a sun deck and a summer kitchen where an outdoor TV provides entertainment. Eine bessere Villa werden wir definitiv nicht mehr finden!Die Villa war super ausgestattet, sehr sehr sauber und ist wirklich absolut zu empfehlen! Wir überlegen ob wir nicht nächstes Jahr noch einmal einen Urlaub dort verbringen!
