  • Casa Julija 110 mÂČ, is the self service accommodation for 7 people,with pool, the large garden, nicely looked after 800 mÂČ plot is also at your disposal. The house is next to the place Ćœminj, in the inhabited village of few houses and is propitious for families with children or for couples. The house consists of the living room and three bedrooms, and two bathroom, the kitchen and the space for dinning.Outdoor Terace with grill. Conditioning every bedroom and electrical heating facilities are provided.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt bei einer wunderbaren Gastgeberin. Deana hat bei Fragen weitergeholfen und keinen Wunsch offen gelassen. Angefangen beim Willkommensgeschenk, dem schnellen Austausch der Gasflasche bis zu wertvollen Tipps rund um die Ortschaft.Das Haus ist sehr gerĂ€umig und bietet alles, was man braucht, der Garten ist groß und bietet Schatten (und einen Kirschbaum!), der Pool eine angenehme Erfrischung.Wir kommen gerne wieder an diesen schönen Ort!

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus zur Entspannung mit der ganzen Familie

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön hergerichtet, mit einem gemĂŒtlichen ĂŒberdachten Außenbereich inkl. Pool. Die Lage ist dörflich, ca 2 km von Zminy entfernt, daher ruhig und lĂ€dt zur Entspannung ein. Besonders hervorzuheben sind auch die sehr netten Vermieter. Gerne wieder!

Superbe location

Superbe maison trÚs agréable tres bien équipée et entretenue, avec une piscine et un espace a vivre extérieur qui a fait le bonheur de toute la famille. On s'est vraiment régalé ! Deana est trÚs prévenante et nous a réservé un super accueil. L'emplacement de la maison est idéal pour visiter l'Istrie. Wirklich außergewöhnlich schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Dieses Ferienhaus ist sehr schön hergerichtet und hervorragend ausgestattet. Alles ist sehr sauber und mit viel GefĂŒhl gestaltet. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und waren immer ansprechbar und haben gerne weiter geholfen. Die Klimaanlagen funktionieren sehr gut und es ist traumhaft schön am Abend auf der Terrasse und im Pool Zeit zu verbringen. Auf der Dachterrasse wachsen einem die Feigen quasi in den Mund. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt!

Schönes mediterranes Haus in lÀndlicher Umgebung

Es ist ein wunderschönes Haus auf zwei Etagen, perfekt fĂŒr zwei Familien. Das Haus versprĂŒht einen mediterranem Charme. Es ist gemĂŒtlich eingerichtet mit allem, was man braucht. Der Pool ist sauber und groß genug, um sich als Familie eine "Wasserschlacht" zu liefern. Die Lage des Hauses ist lĂ€ndlich, aber trotzdem zentral gelegen. Man erreicht schnell die Autobahn und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind in der NĂ€he. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, welche immer zu erreichen sind und bei Problemen sofort helfen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!!!

Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus!

Das Haus ist in in lĂ€ndlicher Umgebung, liebevoll gestaltet und mit allem Komfort ausgestattet. Terasse, Garten und Pool sind toll. Es ist sehr zentral in Istrien gelegen, sodass man schöne AusflĂŒge zu den verschiedenen HafenstĂ€dtchen und Berdörfern machen kann. Die Vermieterin hat uns sehr nett empfangen und war immer erreichbar. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen - sehr empfehlenswert!

Wir waren Anfang September 2018 zwei Wochen zu Gast in Casa julija. Es fehlte uns an nichts wir wurden freundlich empfangen uns wurde das Haus gezeigt und Tedi&Deana waren immer fĂŒr fragen offen. Es fehlt im Haus an garnichts es ist super sauber und wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohl gefĂŒhlt und wĂŒrden jeder Zeit wider anreisen! GeschĂ€fte Möglichkeiten zum einkaufen oder zum essen gehen sind nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt! Es fehlt an nichts !! Danke fĂŒr einen wunderschönen Urlaub!
