- Beautiful and decorated in the original style, recently renovated old Istrian house is located in Slivari, a quiet village near Zminj. The central location makes the house a good starting point for excursions throughout Istria. The house is surrounded by forests, meadows, vineyards and olive groves and offers good opportunities for long walks and rides. The total area is over 3000 square meters and over 180 square meters of living space. On the ground floor of the villa there is a fully furnished living room with open fireplace, traditionally built kitchen, dining room and toilet. There is also a wine cellar with local wines and in agreement with the owner you can get other local products such as Istrian prosciutto, cheese and more. Upstairs are bedrooms and two bathrooms. The large terrace extends in front of the house, is covered and has a seating area, barbecue and a traditional bread oven where you can bake your own bread. The beautiful pool offers relaxing moments for all the senses overlooking the green hills.
