"This is the perfect retreat for our three families, nine of us in all, while visiting the Monterey Bay area. With the beach just a minute's walk away it was perfect for building sand castles (they have lots of gear for this at the house), strolling, bird watching, or even taking a dip if you like cold water. The kitchen was better equipped than any place we have rented previously. Everything worked, the area was quiet, but town was not too far away to get supplies, or to pop in to the Watsonville Public House for a local brew. Weather was cool and varied from clouds to sun. Terrific. "
"I live 45 min away and I’ve visited this beautiful beach a bunch of times and every time I told myself “I wanna stay here”. So for my 55th bday decided to have a girls weekend. Pelican 12 was the perfect place. Gorgeous views from the living room and master bedroom. Super comfortable beds, lots of linens, and our favorite… a keurig! We were steps away from the huge empty beach where we found many sea shells. We didn’t want to leave. We are already trying to decide when to come back. "

"I think this house is the best deal in all of Pajaro Dunes! It was spotless, well appointed, and the bathrooms have been updated, which is really nice in an older beach home. The beds were comfortable and had nice bedding. And the best part is that it has views of the farms on one side and the ocean on the other. I can’t think the owners enough!"

"Incredibly property for our family reunion of seven young adults and parents. Remodel is beautifully done! Common area is exceptional for gathering, cooking, eating, playing games, watching movies, dance parties and simply enjoying the spectacular ocean views. Property manager is very responsive.
