We chose to stay at the hotel after a long, exhausting day because we expected to finally get some proper rest. Instead, the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night, completely ruining our sleep. Before that, we tried to take a shower and discovered there was no body wash provided. We paid nearly $700 for this stay, and you can’t even supply a basic necessity? When we called the front desk, we were told there was no room service available and that we had to go downstairs ourselves to pick it up. And what did we get? One tiny bottle of body wash, barely enough for one person, when there are four of us staying in the room. To top it all off, the next morning my husband went to take a shower and there was no water coming out at all. This entire experience has been beyond disappointing, it’s absolutely ridiculous.

The staff at Springhill Suites Marriott is always friendly. I got a room upgrade to a handicap king and there was so much room. The only issue I have is if you come back to the hotel after 9pm there's no parking. There's no enough parking for the two hotels on site. Other people parked in the charged car area but I parked on the street and walked to the hotel.Other than that everything was pleasant. Easy check in and check out process.
