Everything is so expensive to rent a room at this place is pretty reasonable the outside look a little questionable, but it was very clean inside. You could literally walk down the street to the beach.

Cute property, needs a little touch up paint but rooms were very clean. No housekeeping during stay. Staff very courteous. Breakfast needs waffle machine instead of Eggos waffles. Easy parking. Close to everything.

Located near shopping, restaurants accessible to highway, offers free parking, very basic continental breakfast. Old building with squeaky floor stairs and very noisy from outside and adjacent rooms.

The property was very conveniently located near Monterey Bay Aquarium and even closer to the fishermans wharf. It was easy to get in and out of, and reasonably priced. I was concerned about the state of the bathtub as the way to was creaking when standing in it, indicated there was probably a leak and dry rot underneath which explained the sort of most musty smell in the room. The room overall was clean.

The room was very spacious as we were traveling with 3 adults and 2 children, however the shower barely worked, very unpleasant, there "continental breakfast," consisted of cold cereal, bread, and cold waffles. Location was pleasant.

The continental breakfast was very satisfactory. The room had all we needed and was comfortable enough. The staff was one of the highlights! All staff we interacted with were very friendly and so helpful. The front desk made us feel very welcome upon check in and anytime we needed anything. We were happy to stay here
