Great location on the Split promenade next to Diocletian Palace site. Large room, comfortable chairs, nice view from sea view premium room. Only negatives 1) linens were pretty worn, one towel literally yellowed, another frayed, bed not very comfortable and scratchy. This seems to be a common problem for all hotels we visited in Bosnia and Croatia. 2) Older hotel with few options for hooking up electronics such as phone chargers. We had to use the plug next to the door and use an inverted trash can as a makeshift table for our phones, etc.

If you want beach access, this is the place to stay as it’s right across the street! Our room was a sea view and it was stunning! The promenade and beaches were recently put in, with continued construction to expand it further. There is lots to do in the area and the white pebble beaches were amazing ...
