Très bonne situation

Le lieu de vacances est très bien situé même si la petite route d'accès est très étroite. Rien ne manquait et la décoration est très jolie. Il a fait très froid pendant notre séjour et nous aurions bien aimé pouvoir faire une flambée le soir, le supplément chauffage étant très élevé après un 15 avril.

Super Aussicht

Das Haus war einfach, sauber und zweckmäßig. Die Sicht auf die Bucht von Portofino grandios. Die Zufahrt zum Haus sehr abenteuerlich. Leider gibt es Mücken, viele Mücken. Es war so unerträglich, dass wir unseren Urlaub vorzeitig beenden mussten. Es wäre wirklich angebracht, wenn der Besitzer an die Fenster Mückenschutz bringen würde.

Schönes Feriendomizil mit herrlichem Blick

Wir haben uns in diesem gemütlichen Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles vorhanden, was man für einen Ferienaufenthalt benötigt. Auf der Terasse hatten wir wunderschöne Abende und haben den herrlichen Blick genossen. Der Host war super nett und sehr hilfsbereit - wobei wir gar keine Hilfe benötigt haben, weil alles in Ordnung war. Herzlichen Dank für einen sehr schönen Urlaub!

Unglaublich schöne Aussicht!

Älteres Haus mit viel Charme und Geschichte. Die Terasse ist eine echte Besonderheit. Man hat eine fantastische Aussicht auf das Meer, die Bucht und Portofino. Verträumter Fußweg in wunderbarer Umgebung nach Zoagli. In spätestens 30min ist man am Strand. Sehr netter und sehr hilfsbereiter Verwalter :-) Hervorragendes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Keinerlei Probleme mit dem Gas und der Sauberkeit. Absolut zu empfehlen! Wir wären am liebsten länger geblieben und würden jederzeit wiederkommen :-)

Traumhafte Aussicht

Das Haus aus dem 17. Jahrhundert ist rustikal renoviert und geräumig mit drei Schlafzimmern, einem Wohnzimmer mit Essecke, Couch, Kamin und Fernseher sowie einer Küche mit Kühlschrank und Gefrierfach, Herd mit Backofen, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine und einem großen Esstisch mit 6 Stühlen. Von der großen Terrasse hat man eine traumhafte Aussicht! Die Anfahrt zum Haus ist steil, eng und etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, wie alle Straßen in dieser Gegend.

Haus ist nicht zu empfehlen, Zoagli schon

Wir würden dieses Haus nicht mehr nehmen. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist wirklich sagenhaft, aber die Mängelliste ist viel zu lang. Der tatsächlich Weg zum Strand beträgt satte 4,2 Km und nicht 1,5 wie angegeben. Wir hatten 14 Tage lang Probleme mit der Gasleitung! Somit war normales Kochen nicht möglich sowie warm duschen Glückssache. Geschirr, Boden, Schänke, zum Teil dreckig und mit Tierleichen dekoriert. Für 5 Personen wurde nur ein Schrank zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Einzelbett ist völlig durchgelegen, die Doppelbetten mit 1,8m schlicht zu kurz. Das Objekt ist für Familien mit kleinen Kindern gar nicht zu empfehlen. Es liegen Bleche und andere gefährliche Gegenstände im Garten rum und die Absturzgefahr von über 2 Meter hohen Terrassenmauern, ohne jedes Geländer, ist sehr hoch. Und das ist nur ein kleiner Teil der Mängel.

Tolle Terrasse!

Ein altes charmantes Haus, liebevoll eingerichtet und alles hat super im Haus funktioniert. Ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Verwalter, der gut erreichbar war. Eine fantastische Terrasse mit wunderschönem Blick auf die Bucht von Portofino! Sehr empfehlenswert!

Tolle Aussicht

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in unserem Ferienhaus und v.a. die tolle Aussicht von der Terrasse aus sehr genossen. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist weitgehend ausreichend, vermisst haben wir Kleinigkeiten wie einen Pfannenwender oder einen 2. etwas größeren Topf. Wer die Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine nicht verwenden möchte, kann auf einen kleinen Espressokocher zurückgreifen. Wir haben einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub verbracht und einige sehr schöne Ausflüge und Wanderungen gemacht.

Herrliches, altes Haus

Das alte Haus liegt inmitten eines wildromantischen Gartens am steil abfallenden Hang. Von der Terrasse aus überblickt man die ganze Bucht bis Portofino. Im Garten kann man Mauereidechsen und Geckos sehen. Ein wahrlich wunderschöner Ort, an dem die Zeit scheinbar viel langsamer vergeht.

Traumhafter Blick

Die Wohnung bietet alles was man braucht. Das Beste ist die Terrasse mit einem genialen Blick auf Portofino. Es ist herrlich ruhig, dafür muss man die letzten 500 m eine etwas abenteuerliche Straße hochfahren. XXX und seine Frau empfangen Ihre Gäste sehr herzlich. Die untere Wohnung war auch belegt, was aber überhaupt nicht stört. Das Domizil ist sehr empfehlenswert, wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!
