Paid for a nice big room with a romantic view of the historical area, only to arrive and find out that the window is covered with paint and cenment for construction on the building and the buildings around it. "Nice hotel in a convenient location, easy walk to city centre or to the waterfront promenade. The room was adequate and clean. The toilet did not flush, which was annoying. I did try to alert the reception but no one came to fix it. They apologised as we were checking out, and gave us some snacks to compensate. Breakfast buffet was ok, good selection of juice, eggs etc. "
