"Very nice accommodations. Friendly staff. Bring a translator app if you do not speak Spanish. Currently they do not exchange US$ for pesos, pay with card for best exchange rate. They will set rate at 14pesos/$ when paying cash with us$. 3 great pools. We had 3 nights in upgraded restaurants with our package. Tips are appreciated. Buffet was just that- decent offer of like food. Hamburger/pizza/salad at lower pool cafe when open. Entertainment shows are at the azul property next door (10 min walk). 20 pesos shuttle to ixtapa (ends 7pm). Taxi available $. Ferry boat to ixtapa island in walking distance, as well as crocodile/bird sanctuary and Mexican markets (northwest). We’d stay again if they offer a similar package. "

"Clean and comfortable stay with genuinely friendly staff who went above and beyond to help. Simple but delicious breakfast included, which was a nice bonus. Great location right in Centro—easy to walk to the beach. Nice pool and rooftop deck with hammocks. Will definitely be back. "
